US - firstly i don't know what your understanding of charts, financial or otherwise is - but you can clearly determine a firming ( technical term ) of the SP - plus a slight increase in market acceptance - which is generally gauged by positive indicators - but I'm sure you know that.

Secondly - my understanding of any industry procedural negotiation is not discussed with the likes of PPL in the 'street' - if it were there would be no point having negotiations, which are IMHO at the later stages - the constant whinging about timelines is not going to change the result of any negotiation or timeline - neither will any ramping or de-ramping at any stage alter any discussions or outcome.

I am happy with the progress to date and will be keeping hold of my full investment - if you are not happy then sell up, if you are invested, or go some where else and let the genuine PIs discuss amongst themselves how best they are going to use THEIR funds.
