Chablard - thank you - I didn't disagree with you at the time you posted re dilution due to the possibility of it happening - they had to either do a deal at a reduced premium to keep in business or this alternative, which is commercially sensible.

IMHO deals are well underway - why wouldn't they ?

If you had a product ready for market you wouldn't store it away for a rainy day would you ?

I was going to give a knee jerk reaction 15 mins ago - but have now considered the bigger picture.

1.) Most importantly - Fortunately I am still in profit

2.) There are important underlying factors that have made this necessary

3.) NFX actually have a product coming to market - many others don't - they are just lifestyle companies.

4.) USA - big big market - makes the opportunity huge.

5.) Deals will be well advanced and reported as soon as ODD ratified.

6.) great opportunity to top up or for fresh investment :)
