I can't / don't want to see what's in those green boxes - but by the sounds of it, it isn't pleasant.

I am more interested in what's going on with SCGL than anything else, I really am convinced now that there is major news on the way which will transform the shape of things here, and you will then be able to get rid of your snorkel and your bucket and spade :) Although i do enjoy snorkelling most days !!

Looking at all aspects and taking your comments on board there are a number of mitigations to be applied :

Over the past 2 years they have not, imminently, had ODD on the doorstep.

The intention of opening up USA markets etc was not an option.

I consider that the monies raised were conservative - they could have gone full tonto like most others and raised far in excess of requirements to give an unrealistic / obtuse view for investors.

The company expenditure as such is conservative.

Company framework is solid.

NOW THE NEGATIVES :

Why raise at a low point in the SP - shows a naivety on the companies acumen.

Timelines have been extended unnecessarily.

The expected ratification will now not have as bigger impact as expected - and not take the SP to the next 'level'

ALWAYS END WITH A POSITIVE

The SP will increase and put ppl in profit - I already am fortunately hence the ability to not be too negative.

How far it goes is dependent on future agreements - lets hope they are exciting enough to make some lifechanging sums for some of our investors.

Whilst using Google is in its self habitual - sometimes it is fallible - as it is supposed to be real time generated SP information.

Having checked the London Stock Exchange official webpage, it appears I have been sold a dud - the actual SP is and has been 0.680

Whilst i admit not being thorough enough when replying to such a perfectionist - it appears we were both wrong - there is of course one major differential I can be humble enough to admit a mistake.
