P140, also known as Lupuzor™, is a peptide-based drug developed by ImmuPharma PLC for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It has a unique mechanism of action that is non-immunosuppressive, meaning it does not block the body's ability to mount an immune response.

Recently, ImmuPharma announced a Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical trial for P140, following guidance from the FDA. This trial will involve higher concentrations of subcutaneous dosing and revised patient inclusion criteria. The company is optimistic about its potential as a safe and effective therapy for lupus patients.

Tiger - as you say P140 is transformational, so where would the market take this - you have to look at close examples like vertex etc - 10,000 % over a period.

It depends on how deals are structured and especially up front payments that set the market mood.

I personally would be disappointed if the share price was not at the pound level by 2026 - but I am always ambitious.
