If a LTH hopes to add more shares then they will want the sp to be as low as possible for as long as possible.

LTHs not hoping to add more shares and traders will not care too much.

Traders and those hoping to top slice will want the sp to rise.

I’ll be selling some soon so hope for a sharp rise before September.

As you know, some of the money borrowed will be used to repay the debt.

As a LTH we like to portray a feeling of superiority. How often do we read that LTHs will be rewarded for their patience?

The truth is, this, like ALL other shares is an investment that could pay off handsomely - or flop big time.

It doesn’t matter one iota if you bought 5 years ago or 5 minutes ago. Nor does it matter if you hold your shares for 10 years or 10 minutes. We are all here to make some easy money. That is ‘easy’ as in we are not working for it. We’re just gambling.

I don’t think this announcement is kicking the 20MTPA target down the road. Sirius will be able to operate the RBT and their own bespoke harbour facilities together before increase no their own facility to 20MTPA.

It does, of course, remove a whole load of risk.

It is, of course, important to have a budget. But they will have done Monte Carlo simulations to produce a range of budgets with varying levels of confidence.

It I also not necessary to share these figures with potential contractors.

In ten years’ time it will not matter if the Project completes for half a billion either way.

Oh please. Circa 6.5 and between 6 and 7 are the same. CF says they are targeting more than this. Interesting for me was that some of the banks are not participating further. For what seems like easy profits this demonstrates that the proposition is not as compelling as we would like to believe. But I have little doubt that the mine will be built and that Stage 2 will involve further solution. Not the strongest update but maybe their hands are tied with regards to what they can and cannot say. OR

I expect £500 million to be raised by a share placing at 27p or thereabouts, £1,750 million by land with a Treasury guarantee and the remainder on commercial rate loans. I expect it to be used in the same order such that the cheapest borrowing is spent first.
