I think that the way the vote was conducted, with each voter having the knowledge of the vote before, allowed those who voted last to oppose the application. Had the earlier votes voted against then the latter would have voted for.

The positive outcome was likely assured.

But all only how I saw the voting. Had a ballot box been used with anonymity for the voters a greater majority would have been secured.

First polyhalite in 2021 is when the shaft reaches the seam - not first commercial production.

The cavern will be the diameter of the shaft. They need to make it bigger and get the cutter(s) down there and assemble them. Lots of work from first polyhalite to saleable quantities. It will take time to reach 1 million tonnes never mind 7 million.

But it will be achieved, we hope.

I’d expect processing facilities around the world.

Ship the raw product to China and process it there. Saves shipping the starch element and avoids the potential bottleneck. Plus, multiple processing plants reduces the risk.

Silver Street Fisheries are worth a visit and are at least as good as all the others.

I was disappointed with The Railway Chippie. Fish was dry and had probably been kept in the warmer too long.

If you venture to Robin Hoods Bay, the Mariondale is excellent.

I see my working spend £££s to holiday abroad yet few places are better than home - with family.

I travelled with work and took lots of holidays to de-stress. Living a less stressed life negates the requirement.

I used to use numbers in blocks of a week’s pay.

I used to take home about £2k per month so I got used to spending that.

Being mortgage free was like a week’s pay. My pensions are like a week’s pay. A couple of rental properties are like a week and a half’s pay. Not having two cars and all the costs of being employed (fuel, clothing, coffee at work etc.,) are like half a week’s pay. I retired and no longer need foreign holidays that used to cost a week’s pay.

Life is slower in retirement and I live in Yorkshire now. I hated my job so that helps.

I retired a couple of years ago and have everything I need/want. Aged mid 50s I hope to see the divis. Not for the money but just for the satisfaction that my trust in Sirius was not misguided. Then I want to pass the shares on to my kids. Hoping to live long enough to see them enjoy the division. I hope that they’ll never sell the shares. OR

I don’t think there is much risk with the mine build other than Stage 2 funding. The biggest risks are on the demand side. What if there’s a major reduction in population due to disease, natural disaster or failure of antibiotics due to over use? Never say never. OR

Owning shares in Sirius is more than being about making money. Being (a small) part of something to be proud of is at least as important as the money. This mine is exciting because of the lives it will change.

The North East deserves Sirius.

The polyhalite is crushed to powder and then formed into 2-3 pellets (Poly4). This starch process is the glue that forms the pellets.

I must have missed the 18p issue.

I doubled up on the 20p issue. Seems like a good decision.

We have seen the sp rise for no apparent reason in the past - only to see it fall back down soon after (and again, for no apparent reason).

Each time we think that it’ll be different this time.

I have no idea what the sp will do in the short term. Will we see Port 30 again or is Port 45 preparing for our arrival?

Longer term I am s9 ewgat more confident.
