co reported tickling this market at 371p and up. Don't listen to the deramping Porsche. Wouldn't surprise me at all if before their programme finishes they are on the end of a chyeeky bid from over the pond!

Pete, I have just asked myself the same question - and topped up! In a small way I am stopping the co cancelling some and making it harder for them, but seems logical.

.... I reckon could be between 10p and 15p per share and expect total divs of between 3p and 5p. I figure the pundits will be writing this up over the next week or two and be surprised if we do not move into the mid 40s. Can see no reason to sell even at that level.

Only know what has been disclosed so far, which is not much. Detail to come later but would assume all shareholders (possibly excluding de minimis) will receive a pro rata application of 91 plc shares. Definitely worth sticking around for if you holod a decent number of INVP!

would Ed be spending more on a non-key area with no definite exit strategy at this time? Is he yet again asking us to read between the lines? I am so sick of doing this that I cannot see where the lines really are any more. For now I shall grimace as usual and hope he actually knows a bit more than he can tell us right now but, like most others here, my patience is wearing pretty thin!

They own app 135M shares in 91plc and have said they will distribute these to us. Presumably will include both investec compnies so I reckon we may receive about 1 for every 15 swhares of INVP we own. Don't know about tax implications but not worth missing out on.
