Evening chaps

Thanks for all your responses, I take on board we all need a purpose, for me gardening is something I would like to get into in a big way, and ‘having a go’ at keeping bees…

Renting our house out is already part of the plan, and yes Val is in an isa, the vast majority of my pension is invested in vaulted gold, however the wife has Her's invested in a managed fund… I am close to 51 so a pip over 4 years for me to be able to draw from my pension, however the wife is 49 and she cannot access her pension until she is 57 :(

We also have 2 old final salary pensions but we only paid into them for 3 & 4 years respectfully, so not big sums but pretty good never the less and index linked…

We have been discussing this evening and the mrs is suggesting a phased retirement…. I like the idea :)

Now if either Pm of Val goes through the roof, well we would be pretty Sorted ..

We arrived home yesterday after a very nice two week holiday to Greece.. but back to work today :((

Just chatting with the mrs tonight, we were discussing how to retire to Greece asap? We have a few irons in the fire, Val / precious metals and a few other investment’s… the figures stack up but only just! As they stand today…

What bothers me is we really don’t know what’s around the corner? We are in uncharted territory atm ? Ultra high inflation and world unrest?

Do we just go for it now with a “very modest income” and hope for the best? or keep plugging away in hope of a more lavish life style?

“ genuine” options greatly appreciated :)

The mrs and I are on holiday in the Greek mountains, it’s been a stunning day, just logged on to see we have had a very gay day here today. :)

Whoever bought £ 8k’s worth first thing… I say fair play to you (thumbs up)…

What a roller coaster ride we have had so far…. Plenty of miles to go yet…

I am on a different time zone at the moment, I managed to pick up a super cheap package holiday to Russia, so with the money I have saved I could buy a good hair unit :))))

On balance I think you are correct, probably better to invest in PM or managed funds … it’s gambling imho..

All I will say is I genuinely do trust suzy … however I have not invested more than the wife will allow :)))

TheromRx need to raise a lot more than a few million, They are putting together a pipeline of projects, for their company, not just VAL201, and raising funding to progress all of them in clinical trials.

It is frustrating i know..
