Evening Woodstock

Inflation is starting to really ramp up, well that’s due to folk having a spend up, on top of all the money printing..

Most seem to think things are starting to get back to normal, this in “my opinion “ is a fake boom, we cannot get away from the fact that so many people have lost so much revenue… it’s gone!

How does one catch up on 18 months worth and all the money printing?

I am pricing jobs at super high prices and winning the work! we just sold a 9 month old car and got more than we paid for it… wtf

No one can accurately predict the future SP…. It’s simply guess work.

However I can accurately predict my sell price…. £10 minimum, if this does not hit £10 then I will not sell, simples.

We were at around 3.1 p without much hope, we are now at 27 p with a good chance (though not guaranteed) of success…

I think it would be fair to say most of us have faith in Suzy? we / I need to remember is this is cancer we are dealing with, I look back at my first investment here and when I do I think to myself I was expecting to make big buck and quickly! Pretty obvious it was never going to be quick…

Folk on here are taking a battering for ramping, maybe they are maybe not, but as I have said many times “choose to be optimistic, it feels better”.

I prefer to be positive, and I don’t think my £2.36 goal is actually unrealistic tbh, though it could take a few more years….

All said and done if this ends in tears I would be more upset about loosing a fight for cancer than my own financial loss.

I have never invested more than I can afford to lose…… sorry, more than the wife will allow, ha ha

Does anyone remember the drifter chocolate bar?

Well in the late 70s when I was a little boy, mother came home from work with a package! full of unnamed chocolate bars in clear plastic packets…

There were 3 packs labelled A - B - and C, I had to try each bar and rate the bars from 1-3….1 being the favourite… I raised to the challenge like a true champ!

The drifter bar was born around 1980 with a little bit of help from me :)

How many drifter bars did I eat? …. Lots but I only had 3 for free.

Get them hooked then reel them in, if I’m wrong I’m wrong..

I’m happy to double my holding if this hits 1p, I was very tempted today to be honest…

I like to buy when folk are fearful, I smell plenty of fear atm, proven by the panic selling :(

I can wait 2 years, 5 if I need to… I am really not phased by this down turn.

Do I wish my average was at this level, hell yeah.. but it’s not :(

£2.36 is not impossible, I try to keep to the same record personally ;)

We have both lost family if my memory serves me correctly?…. £2.36 is simply “my” bus stop… a wee in the ocean really… I agree it’s a gamble though but one I am prepared to take:)

A guy I work with goes to France for a fortnight most years and camps on the edge of a muddy puddle in the hope that he can catch a monster! Very similar to being invested here…

Several times he has blanked, but he also has caught one over 70lb…
