I totally agree that there is no guarantee, everyone I think has the intelligence here to know that…

If we don’t get a deal soon ish then credibility would be lost IMO, also let’s be honest it could overshoot Xmas for so many reasons out of Val’s control ?

In my OPINION the deal is done, they are simply tidying up the paper clips ect..

What was actually said:

The cash position of the business is still very healthy

We are all obviously working harder looking to out license at least one of the legacy assets, I think we said earlier this year, we said we would like to do that before the end of the year, “I think we can safely say we are on track to try and do that”…

You need to look at the body language and facial expressions..

Also later when talking about a deal…. A deal WILL compromise of, XY&Z
