Manabouttown, I disagree with your analogy.

GC stated there is no value currently attributed to the asset to be a part of the NEWCO, so to refer to 20% disposal of value or shares inferred by you is erroneous.

That is one of the reasons for the NEWCO, to realise for the shareholders value of this very recent asset, together with all the other reasons.
