What a stonking RNS. So, between now and 31/7 we have an end date for AMT's, thank goodness. Say 170m shares IMHO, =6.25% dilution on a market cap of say 150m = circa140m market cap. Bingo, spot on are we not?

Reading between the lines as some have said " all ducks lining up ........ " together with a date for the 1 for 1 Stemnewco now imminent but no later than 31/7. ( suggest by close of business today, not forgetting NAS ).

I think it doesnt hurt to remind existing and potential new Investors who have not yet fully researched.

Even taking account of new shares under the MTA the increase is so insignificant due to the $Billions.

As we are getting closer to Stemnewco I know all of you will have worked out exactly what the valuation should be!!!!

Can I therefore ask what they are?

Various methods can be used taking account of quantative and qualitative assessment ie:- comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and LBO - leveraged buy-out analysis, say what a private equity fund or same sector company would pay.

Hope you have a big calculator to hand.
