Problem is it'll be so short term you won't be able to buy.
I've heard so many peeps having their stops triggered when even 30-50% drops occurred on a shake not based on any news.
It can also work opposite, when they have prior knowledge they will let the sp go , trigger sells and the sp rises so quickly you have to pay significantly more to get back in or lose some shares.
You'll always see them at fancy dress parties dressed as highwaymen !!!

For those looking into Investing, you may not realise that with a de-merger soon of our world class StemprintER, you will automatically receive 1 share for every 1 share you hold in Tils at a record date shortly to be advised,
This still leaves a number of world class products in Tils. Also note that StemprintER has to-date no value in Tils share price as it was totally overlooked until recently.
You will effectively get 2 companies with world class products that should be valued in the Billions .
Based upon £16m required from atm's, less circa £7m ( IMO ) ADS already raised, we need another £9m / 8m shares by end July.
This would take total shares in issue to circa 175m.
From our base shares now of 166m, 8m is anticipated dilution of 4.82% if all the funds of £9m were raised by end July, imho wont meet that expectation.
They will have to raise the bid to at least £1.40 to get a meaningful number to top slice as the shares are now in the accounts of well informed “ investors “. Even then peeps would be mad to sell taking account of of the demerger record date. Gla, vbw
Even if we reach 170m shares in issue by end July, the total dilution will have been circa 5%. This equates to 5p off the current share price, however don't forget May & June ATM's have already been priced in. Just saying.
Question for the more knowledgeable please, as the volume has diminished considerably, are Quils now out and ATM's exhausted or just temporarily stopped?
