As part of a de-merger calculation, comparable company valuation per product are a part of the computation to listing price.

This we have, $280billion. ( or was it $2.4Billion )cant be bothered to look it up.

All I am basing my Investment on here is the potential future market caps of both companies. The pipeline of world class products IMHO is amazing and can only IMHO be measured in billions per company in the future, so its top-up , hold, hold top-up and enjoy the ride.
