Something very strange just happened on Investing.com. I watched as 1m volume was hit and buys and sells took the volume up to 1,065,000, then wham, volume went back down by 40,000 to 1,025,000.

Can anyone shed some light why that happened?

Moneygecko, thanks, I would normally agree, but, they took on 100 staff which were expensive to get rid of as they had their own staff so that was priced in, should have been more. I also did not say that the 2.8 was what stem was worth plus 45percent , just mentioned it as an industry transaction for lnvstors to get a feel for what can be achieved. No intention to ramp intended as seriously not required in Tils case. Vbw

I have not put any negatives in the summary, but things can change and timelines can take an age in the pharma industry as Daveycaferacer has mentioned.

1.) Tils have an agreed by shareholders timeline to de-merge StemprinER accepted by HMRC. This is to recognise that SemprinER currently according to the BOD's NO value attributed to it in the current share price.
2.) StemprintER according to the Bods is up to 45% better than the current market leader which was sold recently for $2.8 billion.
3.) There are currently 5 ( five ) NDA's - Non disclosure agreements.
4.) There are currently 256 patents that Tils hold.
5.) There are currently 5 world class products targeting 10'sand 100's billion dollar markets.
6.) Covid 19 trials in Brazil are imminent.
7.) Tils hold the only patents for Nebuliser and Inhalers.
8.) Tils hold the only human MAB's.
9.) Tils Bod's have brought to market and sold companies so are aware of the values and business acumen to bring shareholder value.
10.) Our chairman holds 37% of the total sharholding of Tils.
11.) Recently an II invested $57 million @ £2 per share.
12.) There are an insignificant number of shares in issue amounting to 191m
13.) There is a very small number of shares in free float.
14.) We are fully funded with approx £100m in the bank ( I can't remember if that is the correct figure , so apols if incorrect).

.............................and don't forget all the shorts will have to close, also take account with only a small % of shares in free float with only a very small 191m shares anyway, Tils will be massive even compared to Accustem as Tils will still have the " crown jewel "product plus various other world class products targetting multi billion dollar markets.

So, IMHO I don't see any reduction in share price, only going up to take account of the n" Tils " pipeline.
