@ y-alam, I would seriously like to hear your reasoning for a take-over on the cheap.

IMO, GC is too advanced with the Accustem de-merger for time for DD and negotations to be carried out.

Therefore, figures for Accustem should read $170b for ease of computation ( but closer to $3b-$5b ) which equates to
10x our market cap = circa £9 per share.

Then we are left with Tilz which has our " jewel in the crown " and an additional pipeline of significant products. Say value at $10b for ease of computation ( should be $20b ) which equates to 20x our market cap = circa £18 per share.

£9 + £18 = £27 per share, give or take the £billion !! All IMHO and calculated on very simplistic figures without cash lows etc.

No worries, just dont want you to sell out too early with low expectations. Just sit on your hands or leave the screen alone altogether as tils will take care of itself.

In the early days of my first trading back in 2008, I sold too early, overtraded and could have genuinely made in excess of another £400,000 !!!!!!!!!!

The MM's make their money on scare tactics, damn right corruption going after stop losses, dont put one on. There is no sentiment in business, full stop.

Bestest with all your trading. This is one share in about 100 shares that I am so relaxed about and Have topped-up 4 times now, something I would never do. Please, please make sure youre fully researched and dont listen to anyone on a BB, me included, lol.

following on from davycaferacer, my understanding is that no value is currently attributed to Stem in Tils share price as stated by GC, therefore there should be no devaluation to Tils share price on demerger.

You effectively get one share in the Stemnewco for every share you hold in Tils and the Stemnewco IPO valuation was discussed yesterday and put very eloquently by j Adam, see his history, just click on his name.
