So if we get the Stemnewco divi that should be for, say, $1.6b ( for ease of calc but should be $3b ) equals $10 ps x exchange rate @.81 equals £8 ps or 7 ( seven ) bagger from say £1.125 ps.

That still leaves us with "the jewel in the crown " plus a pipeline of significant products.

Worth clicking on J Adam as all his eloquent and factual research is there in his history.

But very simply, new company not yet split, but we will get same shares in the new co as we hold here. Additionally, Stem currently has no value attributed to iTils according to GC so should not affect Tils SP.

Also according to GC, Tils have "the jewel in the crown ", additionally another significant pipe-line of at varying stages.

Hope that helps, but IIIIIMHO we should be looking at a 10 bagger minimum.
