Also, the bod's RNS'd something along the lines that if you sold before the record date you would have to transfer your Accustem allocation to the new holder which I thought at the time that aint going to happen!

Hence my thinking that's the 8million difference. So, equates to circa 5% dilution, which if we list at say 50p, will be 2.5p, lols.

Me thinks that's been the hold up, some investors ADR's on NAS have double dipped due to timelines not being clear. So, circa 8 million extra shares have had to be allocated due to a bit of a bungle by someone.

Exact paid $2.8Billion ( albiet included 1000 staff which was arguably a negative ) and our tool is 40% to 50% superior, then if I was Exact a would not want a competitor with a superior product disrupting my market.

Only option open to them is to take it out, which then begs the question, at what price?

my answer is that it has to be in the billions purely based on the $2.8b they have paid and then take account of the year on year revenue which will take a dive and you can come up with some tasty figures.

My 80 yo accountant had the Phz. vax and 2 weeks later found herself in hospital with severe Covid-19. She had no underlying conditions and was fit and not overweight. She even did not go out at all and shopped online for food etc.

Stark reminder vax"s are only a certain % not 100%.

Thera's should be treated by all govt's as Vax's have been. It's a disgrace that Govt's have no ferkin idea as it's so simple, not rocket science.

Not being a corporate lawyer, just a shroom, IMHO it just means that the administration for the allocation/ listing could well be completed and we will eventually see the dates for the IPO to commence to said listing. I say this as there is no mention of a " buyer for Stemprinter " on the forms.

Looking back over the last few months of posts there does appear to be a lack of enthusiasm. Golden Age of Healthcare is now upon us and Tils are at the forefront as a Therapeutics science company and fully understand the role of AI has in saving lives.

Why we are not given the EUA by Governments to help save thousands of lives just from the Covid-19 hospitalisations beggars belief!

AI will also have an impact going fore-ward to save lives by identifying the susceptibility of various groups and how the receive what treatment in hospital and treat patients on an Individual basis.

There is room for a number of companies in this area as these mutations will continue indefinately imoh.
