It is not written in an rns that the bods have changed from listing on both exchanges to just nas, which is the reason Cloudy currently has the view and I believe it should have been as the last rns on the topic has led us to assume just listing on nas. Really bad comms either way.
Rns 16/9/2020 together with circular for voting same date.
The bods have to adhere to the court and furthermore to the detail outlined in the circular which was the legal wording attributable to getting it voted through.
I can't see the bods not adhering to the court as they would be in contempt and leave themselves open to company and possibly individual prosecution.
As the Accustem D-merger was agreed in court I believe that the bods will have to follow the wording set out in the court case, therefore, list on LSE and NAS.
Anyone got the court case wording which I assume was RNS'd.
I need to flit back through the Rns's now as only just seen this one.
