I've had the first jab ( Ox / Az ) due my booster May. From what he is saying, and his day job is Vaccines, good matches are required which includes all variants which can't happen within a pandemic as you lose protection of your Innate Immune system.

Discussions should have been had based upon science and not mathematics of how a lockdown would impact, both from a herd immunity and financial view point.

Disagree, Tils have got the answer and that is to suppress the Auto Immune system. I've hedged my bets by Investing in SNG just to be transparent, but only 20% of my Tils Investment and only because they might give me a quicker return.

if you know that the bods of small biotechs are notorious for disregarding their Investors, why Invest in that knowledge, therefore, Red Chip is a bonus.
Perhaps the bods are busy building a multi billion dollar company that everyone knows takes years in our industry.

Fully in agreement and also I do believe that it's only the big boys, GSK, Astraz, Lilly, SKB etc who are allowed the "fast track " to EUA together with government support as opposed to us minnows that are ignored and put through all the hoopes.

2). What will the company be doing with the money raised?
3). What is the competitive landscape for the business' products?
4.) What is the company's growth prospects?
5). What is the potential profitability?
6). What is the management history and experience in running a similar company in the industry sector?
7). Does the management own any shares?
8). Is there any company comparisons in the sector of the Industry?

Just a few points that will be discussed at meetings with the the markets to arrive at a valuation.

There is a " history " of potential to " value " the company. It's the $2.8 billion Exact paid and we're 40% and 50% superior, albeit they also had to take on 1000 staff which I believe was a negative. this will be just one of the miriad of variables that is in the mix.
