Agree and add that shelf offerings usually are arranged to coincide with a company bringing new products to the market, which, will negate the automatic dilution and subject to the potential of the product increase the share price value.

IMO I am in favour of BlueBelly view, which would normally in the case of the pipeline result in less dilution due to taking advantage of a higher share price.

Think this will follow the previous " ATM " transactions, but, who knows fully how it will play out administratively?
