Tils holds a worldwide exclusive licence for TZLS-501 a novel FULLY HUMAN anti-intererlukin-6 receptor (anti-IL6R ) monoclonal antibody (mAb ) for the treatment of Covid-19 patients, delivered direct to the lungs using a hand held nebuliser.

IL-6 is regarded as a key driver of Cytokine release syndrome and chronic inflammation in the lungs of patients with covid-19, acute respiratory illness such as acute respiratory distress syndrome.

Tils currently trialling oral, nasal and inhalation as IV route has undesirable side effects.

Your spot on, just looking back through my 2020 diary notes I've written that Accustem Life Science to be Incorporated into Tils who will hold the relevant assets as part of the process until StemprintER Genomics based personalised medicine business is separately listed company and effect a Capital Reduction, listing on a public market as a separate legal entity. ( not verbatum ).

From memory I think the record date for AIM and the equivalent record date for NAS re demerger was the same date or thereabouts. It will be in the de-merger RNS's somewhere or referred to in the Tils circular accompanying same.

On a separate note, the SNG peeps are very excited about a podcast which refers to Janet Woodc.ck M.D. acting commissioner of FDA stating " It's like a war and your using all of these different strategies " and " ease of use by patients away from hospital".

Axe is Invested here and SNG and a number of other shares and is just " as brutal " with posters over on the other boards, so I don't take his harranging too seriously as I believe he genuinely believes in what he posts, however incorrect at times he may be. he's too many plates spinning and not just in Investing!!!!!!!

I would not normally respond to your rant, however, to help take the mystery out of your request for an excuse, it's all so very simple.

Research, research and more research and be confident after all that research you do not get side-swiped by anything unless you have not allowed for it or, whatever it is, as your research will give you the confidence to ride out what is obviously being your specific problem with Tils.

You asked also to explain why I am not frustrated, I'll tell you why, because I allowed in my Investment into Tils that the pharma sector timescales are generally 2-10 year. Simples.

So, Tilsiests, just chill, do not worry about the market cap, it will come to us and I have been saying since early 2020, it will be in the $tens of billions. Do the math, only 196m shares in issue. Burn the shorters.

Still think we will be taken out for $tens of billion sooner rather than later, has to happen as a major will not want to see us disrupting it's market ( who's that? ) taking away it's revenus or paying a price in excess of $50billion.

These opportunities do not come around too often, so don't blow it by selling too early as we are only at the beginning of our journey.
