Annual figures due next month so the BoD figure they will hold up until then. Everything you write seems very sensible and logical but its not Berkeley Square - Its Brazil and I for one am willing to accept that business might work a bit differently out there. Course the figures might be lousy and the SP get much worse. But let's wait and see.

Had to phone broker at the Share Centre because could not buy online. He confirmed market almost non-existent with the share consolidation coming soon. Managed to sneak another 10,000 but after that played around about thirty times trying to buy different quantities, with no success. This tells me that after the consolidation the SP should move up(all else being equal). Thanks for the tip, Seaking1. Definitely one to stick with for a few years, or until gobbled up, hopefully for a large premium!

bought some more. The logic is inescapable. And if they have a 4 in the price, logic says buy again.

Topped up because results Sept and these are tightly held. Still feel INS is a real quality holding.

you are actually making my point for me! No way this guy can bring in this business without either issuing loads of new shares to raise the cash or creating a new class, such as convertible loan stock. Quite possible, but I am still hanging on for a lower average down.

Not the news 99% of us have been waiting for! Can't quite remember the % but PAT only own a small part of this, I think. We all want news on Bhukia (70% owned) and the co must know that. So no RNS on Bhukia, not even an update, is rather negative IMO. Agree with Fundraiser222 this might even close down today - but if it does I might just be tempted to av down (again!)

SP -3.01%. Can be bought now for 0.75p more than Placing price, at which time RFP retender was still not announced.
Does not inspire confidence but could be huge bargain when viewed with benefit of hindsight in a few months time. I already hold enough and passed up on the Placing. Just a LTH.

Should have had instant positive effect on SP but so far, zilch! I suppose it does only promise jam from 2020, but at this depressed SP I am surprised there is no interest. Expect we have to wait for a write up somewhere.

I can assure you Mr Potter is well looked after when the deal is announced. In my mind this is just waiting for the lawyers to agree the document and get out the quills for signing. Meanwhile posts like this come in and depress the price so a few spivs can buy again on the cheap. For what it is worth I reckon takeout is around 12p but it will be a takeover with a possible share alternative.' Don't Panic!'

on small turnover. Total cap is just over value put on one of the 34 gambling licences, but suspect that valuation was a bit of hype. Getting close to SP I might av down on (and suspect quite a few others)

so must have fair idea of outturn by now. Jim doesn't need to buy in the market and no-one is betting on a fat profit for last year. It seems they don't disclose the figures for months anyway so one way or other this looks like its in Purdah for now. So if there IS activity, would be a reasonable gamble to buy more, otherwise its a sleeper.
