So much hot money pulling out that these are now looking dramatically oversold so I have placed a limit but a tad lower to grab a few more at silly price with what remains of cash in this account. The getrichquick brigade will kick themselves in two years when SYNC tops £5 Do the research yourself though. I'm no expert but see last of my posts.

All seem to be sure co has no cash, I am not so sure. If anyone can prove they are out of cash, please do the sums here. RNS was copied from a Counsel's Opinion and whilst I am as gloomy as you, their next step may get this decision frozen until a full rehearing.

I do not think it is likely to be heard in 4 wks as the RNS hoped and the SP should drop further by then (although MMs will stretch the spread as price retreats.) Market cap at 2.65p is £1.79M so at 2p it is barely £1M.

I ask myself whether the other interests and the court case could justify dribbling in a bit more at around 2p, in hope that they win? You know, that gamble might have appeal - but NOT NOW!

Will they still show up for the NEX show in London? I doubt it. Not worth selling out. Just a bottom drawer job. From a purely legal point of view they do have some ammunition, (I am a retired solicitor) but it will be a long hard road to overturn the decision and in the meantime you are in essence buying a court case - not a clever use of savings when there is so much else safer to invest in.

Hi Seaking1. Had to be either insane or very misguided. MUST be higher in next day or so. I am hanging on to SPA - don't worry.. Just also bought more INS. Never read a more confident Interim Report and their cap is tiny. Hoping I have found a new star there. Just wish one or other of my earlier flutters would come good. You really have to be a LTH to have a chance of getting benefit, unless bysheer luck you time it perfectly. AND you might as well hang on to the 'dogs' because having lost so much what's the point of selling out of them - usually they crash on sentiment anyway, rather than hard facts.

so the b***ers are chatting at the London Investor Show at the NEX on Oct 3rd. Surely they must realise some of us REALLY ANGRY about the no RNS about Bhukia? Methinks they know something (not necessarily good) and they expect to have an RNS out before then. Interesting but not for buying. Will actually be in Canada Oct 3rd, otherwise might go along. If anyone on here is going, would they please be kind enough to drill the co. rep and then post here what they said about Bhukia?

Just reviewed my Flutter Fund and this disaster is losing me around £4000. Decided I cannot afford to av down again .at all now. Have to wait for good news on Bhukia before deciding to pour any more in.. Bad news and I lick wounds and run. Need the discipline. Sure I'm not the only one, Might still turn around though.

is end of year 29 June - Annual Results (at least 2016) 12 Sept. This years might take longer. Should not be any RNS until then. I would not be surprised if there was a bit of a SP run up next month, but with lots of positives for the future in Brian's statement, SP should pass 20p again when we know. And in fairness, HMI has moved fast from standing start.

I think we are all learning that it takes a lot of time as well as a fair amount of luck.
Like tidd83 I am hanging around on all my Flutter Fund stocks. Some are up and some really far down but that's AIM.
I am still very hopeful here but when I can, I will cream off and let the rest run for next to nothing. Think I am looking at least a further year before in a position to do anything. As for quick profit from AIM, its all about either pure luck or the sort of info that we just don't refer to on a BB (if any of us is lucky enough to receive it) Just hope I last the course.

I am no expert (otherwise I would not have bought in at 37p or more) and there is inadequate history to predict when next figures are published, but gut tells me that at some point they will be worthy of another gamble. I am therefore waiting for a continuation of the fall below 20p unless there is news first. Maybe the turbines will be repaired and on their way back to Maygen. In due course (!) insurers will pay the claim including loss of profits but that is likely to be at least early next year. If there are good times for SAE, they're not yet.

I know Jim's holding is only worth around £10M and he is alleged to be worth £1B, but guys like him are usually extremely careful with their own money and plan ahead. My hunch is there will be a RNS only when he wants us to know, unless something leaks. Looking at previous years, we can't expect any regular announcement until Feb 2019!
So I conclude this is now in the bottom drawer.

If your 'source' is that well connected and accurate, there should be massive buying from this level. It won't take much to move it now. Let us hope you are right.

It looks rather attractive. At a big discount to assets, gives a reasonable dividend. Apparently the discount is up because of the UK emphasis and wretched Brexit. Its business is doing well. And the ex-div date is approaching in October. Pain is that you have to pay Stamp Duty but you do on all ITs. A definite watch and a real maybe.

with over half the co's shares held by the institutions and I suspect about 20% held by present and past Directors, senior staff and their families, that will leave a free market of around 30M after the consolidation. I would not be surprised if there were no more than 50 'small' shareholders (e.g up to 20000 new shares) allowing for the remainder to be professional investors . If this is more or less right, then the consolidation will mean:
1) the co will be just as much under the radar 2) the share price will be more volatile, hopefully only upwards.

IF the jorc results are very good and KZG really mean what they said when they changed name, they should look to keep about a 33% interest and sell the 37% (controlling) interest for the big bucks. This would give them the cushion to go back to the market for another load of rock in the middle of nowhere! Otherwise I cannot see a way they can develop Kazera as planned. They may already have their eye on said load of rock. Just so long as jorc is great, I (and I expect many of you too) will cash most of chips and breathe a large sigh.

I have to ask myself ''How long before the stumble?' Of course the vertical ascent may continue for a long time, but I think sometime soon it will be the time to take a few chips off the table. Must check when my gain is 100%
