Virtually all these stocks r sleepers: U have 2 hold f u want 2 get the full benefit (if any). This will move only when Gentleman Jim lets us know wot he's done, which could be some time after he's actually done it. That's why I spread the little eggs out and have eight stocks in my Flutter Fund. Shame 2 sell out and miss the action (if any!) only to move onto another where u cd be in the same position. BUT its yr money....

One of the others in Flutter Fund is just getting exciting - SPA - so I feel this one's time will come and probably soon.

No RNS yet. Starting to get excited because we have a good idea of prospects (having just had annuals) so could it be that bid?

Updating the JORC. The one they have never released,even to their own shareholders! Cannot believe a word this shambles say. But I'm in and not worth selling at this SP. Reckon this is to fool a few more suckers into pushing up the SP just so they can get the next rights issue away.

Govt bodies are notoriously slow but PAT do have the right to return to court and govt knows they will be fined (a lot) for contempt of court. So all is not lost here. Just frustrating. My feeling is it will come right but needs patience. After all Rajasthan is going to benefit from jobs and tax. Good reason for bread to be buttered.....eventually.

You are quite right but that RNS was very carefully worded to appear hopeful and optimistic. Rightly or not, that should have a positive effect on SP. Put it another way, who would want to sell on that announcement? No shares coming INTO the market today is likely to have a short term beneficial effect. My feeling is that there is a 60% likelihood of the exclusivity period being extended and if so, that will indicate parties talking turkey. Still no guarantee any falls on our plates though!

You know only too well that the only thing that matters now to the value of your company is your RNS about the deal you are making/have made to get your licences maximum use once the individual States pass their laws. Everything else is speculation. We all know you are clever and shrewd. Let's see that news - oh! and by the way, please keep us in the co because even you need to keep your fortune well spread. That;s where we can help with 'our' 30% odd holding in your co.

I have written this off in my mind and expect to lose entire investment. Not going to participate in in any Rights issue and in unlikely event of good news will not think twice before heading for exit. No doubt everyone else here thinking the same. Just hope this is my only one like this.

Nice set of figures from this rounded property co. Never going to shoot out the lights but unlikely to get into trouble. Hopefully a 'take the fat divi and forget about' share, with the outside chance of a bid in due course.

This share is like a mine with a chunk of mineral way down under the earth but no cash to bring it up at present. We need a tie-up now to exploit these licences; otherwise their value is ????

Interesting that the co should chose a Solicitor to appoint as Non-Exec and release the RNS now. If the State doesn't extractum digitum and grant the licence rather quickly, we might be using her firm's special skills and waltzing back to court. Timely and appropriate announcement, although would have preferred the actual grant!!

Wasn't aware the website is not updated as it should be. Annoying but not catastrophic. I was wrong too about figures I calculated were due this week. I do hope and expect them soon. It seems to me RNS never come when you expect them.

Thanks Seaking1. This is certainly a work in progress at best. Hanging on and hoping, like you. My others in the Flutter Fund are no shakes either right now, so I have taken a bit off the table, as a precaution.

Not one trade recorded all week! Madness. Must be close to RNS. Just don't know whether it will positive. Cannot understand why no-one else wants this gamble.

Because of my most recent buy at 19p odd, my sale has left me with 30000 in for 10p each, which may sound cheap but only if we get the right news and soon!
