Impossible to calculate this from present assets because they are far from working (power stn) or running under capacity (wave energy) but the latter will not always be under capacity and the plans for power must have a value once finished. Someone else here said 'nearer 10p' and that's not far out, especially as the turbines are coming back to full capacity (?) Hopefully punters will return when the SP gets nearer that level.

Just googled this after far too long and discovered they don't have a great reputation thanks to a mishandled closure some while back. I hope that doesn't go to profits this year.

these are just minnows like me, taking a(nother) punt, hoping the next RNS has huge JORC results. Serious big boys would accumulate these in millions if they could. Not long now and we will know.

If there is no RNS we can only conclude nothing will happen and SP will sink and quote will be suspended. We all hang on at our own risk.

From what I can see in Annual Report RNS there doesn't appear to be much cash left and at this SP they would have to dilute like mad in a Rights. They will not want to do this while the Singapore syndicate are obliged to pay around 40p per share if Bhukia gets exploration licence. So my hunch is that they will try to renegotiate the terms with the syndicate and borrow against the third tranche if they, can rather than go for a Rights. Meantime MMs not anxious to sell these at realistic SP which must be around 1p to buy, not 2.80 as they are asking. Much better gambles around in this smit market.

Check RNSs yourself. Virtually none for small investors. Why? Because their defensive qualities are now to the fore as US wobbles.

They are exposing the co to more risk and with a 50% premium, sellers (including me) are saying goodbye. I have kept a decent chunk because this is a well run outfit run by top brains who know their field. Just a question of risk and I'm playing it a bit safe.

With a good deal of luck, the result of this RFP should be known before then and we will all be the happier for it!!

Very well researched and makes strong case. What it does not and cannot do is predict whether, and if so, what PCA might turn its attention to next. Market not keen on bricks and mortar right now and this type of developer even less! Hence its SP has been consistently forced lower ever since it gained its main board listing. I cannot see why it should not apply for REIT status which would be most advantageous from tax viewpoint. Anyway I continue to hold and tuck away sizeable divis. It is also small enough to be gobbled up in a bid and is priced way below its asset value.

we minority holders will be the last to know! Generally agree with all of you about co's laughable valuation but Big Jim has not made his move yet for reasons only he knows. Nov 21st has been results day in a previous year but you can't be sure. Sound logic to top up now but nothing seems to be logical with these flutter stocks. Good luck to us all! Read about the managers and how they plan to invest and likely to go in here but want the Sp to bed down first. I expect a modest discount to pay for the Stamp Duty so will hang fire a bit.
