a drag on SP. This is the only share I took the cream off at over 20p so left short. Comfortable if they drift to 11-12p when might consider topping up. Can now regard as a trading co, not really a gamble.

Initially could not understand why this should send SP diving further. Was very positive although, reading between lines, the plans all require investment of huge sums, so maybe fear of dilution from capital raising could be the answer. No-one wants to wade into the market even if there may be big profit in the blue yonder, while there is a whiff of Placing even cheaper around the corner. Also talked about SIMEC people being under contractual bar to adding to holding at this time. But might they not sweep up minority (us!) when that time is up? Hmmmm

Still say they are in firing line for clear audit cert of last year's accounts and possibly last CFO too, but won't help us in short term. Forensic accountant will already be in and won't take long (its what they do all the time). If there's a co worth saving we will know before long.
