arsenal58 - the houses are outside London. Otherwise would not have sold at 97% of valuation. I hope you are wrong about divi too but accept that it is high yield in this market.

There has been much guesswork as to how much the houses had fallen in price and whether PCA could actually move them in this market. 50 for £18M is £350,000 each more or less and sounds O.K. More importantly, it will, when completed, move more cash into the co which I am sure will be used wisely. This has made no-one mon ey for quite a while. The test will be how it weathers this phase and if it can move back up from here. York will bring it to a new phase but I hope it doesn't mean too many eggs in one basket for too long. SAE's proven moneymaker is underwater large turbines. The Normandy RNS, although only an in principle agreement, is about more of same and in similar area to existing, off coast of UK. This should have provoked a good positive SP reaction. Nothing. If this outfit delivers, long term this could be a huge winner, and thanks to market can be picked off for pennies.

Entire market at moment is ****e and if you are staying in, just have to wait and hope. Agree with others here that it looks like a ten bagger but 2-3 years away and assuming GVG stick around and do the business.

The total absence of news since the end of exclusivity and closure of office is NOT a joke. Like most on this site I hold shared and bought more on the exclusivity hope. If there is no RNS may I suggest that we sroup together and contact AIM Section of LSE so that they can try to contact the co for clarification?

Next few weeks (no rush!) look to be good time to do a bit of av down. Still very confident for the future here.

I got shouted at here when I said bought small number (before recent doubling and halving) in case there needs to be a Placing. Until Bill and Ben, the check up men have worked out what's gone wrong and reported back, I am still not ruling it out.

No more new PFI contracts and HICL is sitting on loads. This is going to mean these infra funds will be in even greater competition for PPP invs in future leading to lower margins for all. I am wondering whether this is as good as it is likely to get for HICL. No great rush although they will all be fodder if Labour get hold of them. I have already reduced holding in all of them and there is certainly a case for parting company with HICL. Sad after all this time with good divis.

Opted for safe and boring (I hope) Lloyds Bank shares!
