Re last posting, SEN have sold half holding in AJB in the float so adding to their cash and retaining 3.2% of the trust in AJB. Don't wish to mislead!

I have held Seneca Global (SIGT) for ages and they have 3.5M of these beauties standing at pre-float estimates.
Have a look at their established policy which is spot-on. Naturally losing right now on my inv, but LTH. Will be a top performer in 18 months time and the dividend is just fine. To those who bought AJB, well done. Quality stock but I envisage just the same rough ride for now.

Get where you're coming from but there has been activity; its just that the results not significant and Bhukia (the really important aspect) just gone nowhere. Remember, though, they should get a costs order against Govt at end of day.
One not to sell unless you have huge gains to offset and not to buy (at this SP) because there could be a rescue rights.
Finally to cheer us up (!) GS may have done this great out of court deal with Govt of Rajasthan and RNS on its way. Of course if you believe that, you had better be the first to buy PAT since end Sept and make the MMs happy.

If jeffry is correct, YU might have wanted to save cost of RNS and bring forensics' reports out with this update, One way or other though, RNS will be highly significant for SP.

That, ironically, can be taken as positive. My gut (usually right but mistimed!) tells me there's the RNS coming soon. Whether it will have ALL the answers not sure but LTH anyway.
