RFP result will come first and if award is to TLOU won't sell into market. Remember many highly placed in Bots have vested interest here. Shpuld be award by end March sending this to 20p. If TLOU plod on and don't get award, may be able to start selling by end of next year but for obvious reasons, prefer the RFP.

Big Jim is as old as 89! Could see nothing about succession planning! He owns possibly more than 70% and co is in hock to him for $500,000 loan. We all have to pray he is spared for many more years and does not lose marbles. I assume he has tken steps to cover that but it is something I was not aware of when I dabbled here.

In case you are not fully up with things, there has been a change of Govt very recently in Rajasthan as well as a contingent deal with an Indian controlled powerful entity Hunch Ltd. It is not impossible that fhese two facts may go some way to change the court proceedings brought by PAT to challenge the last Govts persistent refusal to grant them a prospectors licence for Bhukia. I bought my first holding at closer to 30p not that long ago and chased them down! Now my breakeven is 7.25p. Good luck if you brave it!

They did not do their homework on ciccio before dropping a bundle for that link up and although they seem to have got their goodwill for nothing, they are also spending on the show farm and other attractions ahead of the main buying season. All sensible for the longer term, but like you I wonder whether they can show a profit when the figures come out and usually set out the position 3-6 months before. Have to stay long term here and not be over-concerned. I know its hard right now!

Still I would be delighted to be proved wrong because with an extra million, they wouldn't need the capital raise now and if the Govt is now on board, the court action would fold and they would get their licence. MMs also don't read it your way.

The Govt were in default of the court order to file within four weeks months before the election and so PAT should be opposing any further delay and applying for judgment or at least strict terms (including payment of costs so far wasted). I speak as a retired English lawyer and am aware that attitudes over there are more relaxed about time. They need results though and quickly. As can be seen they are running on empty and refinancing right now will cause hideous dilution.

What little I hold in cash is now staying there. Bythesea - I really hope this comes good for us all but I have spread my risk (and any reward) over about 5 others as well, all just about surviving. The remainder is in boring stuff, all down with the market but mostly paying nice divis. Survival is the name of the game in this market. Lets all hope for some happiness in 2019 - even relief would be acceptable!

Until yesterday I clung to the hope that there might still be a last hurrah. Japan's big fall overnight has now convinced me otherwise. We have been in this retreating market for at least two months and I now believe there is 4-8 months left.
Nowhere is now safe and I propose to keep the divi payers and stay away from further inv until at least March. I know this will take will power. Commentators are saying that a resolution of Brexit may create a boom here but I suspect you will be suckered into a sharp spike if anything. Don't say you haven't been (Bah! Humbug!!) warned. Drink to oblivion this holiday. We are all going to need it
