It all looks so simple,so why is the SP low and falling? I have done the obvious and topped up again in the hope that it does indeed all go right. But in this market I hope we are all not being suckers.

and the German Court hearing goes their way today. Then their provision in the 2018 draft accounts could be released back and add to profit.

Ignore the Morningstar Table which sticks this into 'UK All cos' table, probably only highlighting its own inefficiency. It contains a decent amount in unquoted private equity although A J Bell is now quoted. This will mean a higher discount to NAV and inevitably push KIT down that table. But the yield of around 3.5% is not to be sneezed at and the UK emphasis may gain from a half-expected recovery once Brexit becomes clearer. Anyway, it appealed to me in this market so I am in , hopefully as a LTH. Downside seems pretty limited.

Like you, brynjon, I am pretty grim here BUT someone's just tucked away 450,000 so perhaps that 'someone' has their ear nearer than I do to this outfit, which wouldn't be difficult. In the meantime I can't help fearing the worst.

Expecting profit between 200,000 and 350,000 for year which will send SP to new high. Any more specific talk of acquisitions will add to that. Once peeps cotton on the the fact that this micro-cap stock is AI, it won't take much demand to see it soar.

I am a LTH and just looked again at the last RNS. Surely this has to be the most exciting prospect of its type at this stage on AIM? Punters missing these at less than 6p will kick themselves silly when TLOU get the RFP and this is likely at any time now.

Even though market is up, I fear much worse will happen over next weeks of Brexit faff. Keep a bit of cash to pick up British bargain-basement quality shares like lloy.

If Tiger is correct it makes no difference to KZG. It is likely that the JORC will highlight a decent -if not a huge- tantalite resource and a decent, though lesser, lithium resource. It will then be for the Consultants to consider whether and how best to exploit the minerals. I have no expert knowledge but assume that if, taken overall, there is enough lithium over the life of the mine, it would be worthwhile to do whatever is necessary to extract ; but the main mineral is likely to be the tantalite - that is IF GC doesn't sell out first! Still worth sticking around though.

O K there are still major issues but why post the RNS then? They should have enough cash to see us through to end March and the full details for the first two mines. Perhaps they are hoping to boost the SP to cash in on a few of those 1.25p options, although that is being cynical because surely they could wait. I suppose for us peeps only time will tell.

I don't see it quite as optimistically as you norville2. But at least we have not leapt in price here ahead of legalisation and can now hope not to sink back below1p. The licences will retain a value and could find a buyer if the co chose to sell up and become a cash shell, which may actually be attractive for Mr Mellon. So my view now is a firm hold.

there is no regular RNS shown in previous years until May/June, so it could easily be a further long wait unless we go bust in the meantime. Those who choose to hold must have their eyes open to reality, including me!

Agrred Brynjon - and if its 'we cannot agree a deal' then SP must put up a FOR SALE sign and see who will pay. Lets just hope there are two interested parties or more. This must be done as far as possible in the open because all this confidentiality is no longer fair on those of us who have their money invested.

Not sure if anyone from BoD actually reads this or whether they have already explored this and dismissed but for a small (ish) sum they could kick off a buy-in to Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) which could be a big earner in due course.

Virtually all early mark-up has been surrendered but against these figures correct SP (still on AIM) should be around 2.80 and if they moved to Main Board, in excess of 3.00. Glad these are now my single share largest holding and I ain't budging.

What we have been told is nothing. Did a court hearing take place or not? We don't know. We are left to assume that the court granted the Govt an adjournment without hearing PAT at all but we are not told even that. Just given flannel that there could be 'further intermittent delays'. Now there will have to be new funding before we know anything certain re Bhukia. SP will now dive because no-one will be happy to dip in when no assurance of Bhukia licence and cash pot empty. In theory the Govt may just grant it but not quickly and no certainty. Glug!

No RNS today, but can still go either way. If nothing Monday, SP will sulk further and could be great entry point if you like backing big outsiders! For us LTHs, its just frustrating.
