Definitely NOT a lucky dip. The onlly thing that comes out there is rubbish you chuck away. Think of this as a sort of lottery ticket. It's just that all the individual shares share the winnings (or losses)! But these bosses do have genuine contacts as well as a fair bit of market nouse. Much better than lucky dip we all hope.

Leapt today to highest for 8 months. It just goes to show you have to have conviction ('be pigheaded!) when you hold these 'alternative' ITs.

Recent recovery in price anticipates this but more to come IMO. I am hoping for RNS about new orders in coming weeks and SP to move into twenties again.

Certainly needed to keep the flagging SP moving ever so slowly upward.

Building at Hudson Quarter, York, to start soon. Although PCA does have some shops in the portfolio, I am hoping they will not be harmed by the ongoing retail downturn. Weekend papers also predicting that valuations of retail will fall and I do not believe this will affect this co too much. The shares already stand at 30% below NAV! The potential remains and, if anything, all the current gloom gives PCA an even better hope of recognition and a possible bid. Its just that there aren't going to be too many property giants with the clout to launch bids for a while!

Papers are full of Gupta worries. Says 40 of his companies are having to delay annual figures. No problems here though. At worst, we may have a Placing later, which I expected anyway. And if price wobbles, good time to buy more. Future looks secure here. Future looking share.

Hoardings pinpoint the development from the air, and even more importantly perhaps, from satellites. It may well be that this is behind the appearance of hoardings. In particular those looking at infrastructure planning and with geospatial interpretation in place or imminent (like the Bots govt or the local authority) would find this helpful in planning future development of the area around the power plant. I may be jumping the gun but if that's the reason, it is only more exciting.

Cannot think what is holding the SP back. Almost worth a big insurer snaffling the shares in the market at this price ready for a cheeky bid.

Now ask yourself why they would erect publicity hoardings at the site NOW? I don't have the answer but I am sure that there is a very good one and we will get to find out soon enough, probably in an RNS announcement. I am maxed out with the shares but very certain they will not be in single figures too much longer. Further, if more capital is required soon, I shall be disappointed if it is raised from existing shareholders. Time for a chunky Debenture or Convertible Loan Stock issue shortly, probably to a South African power conglomerate. (Only the views of an old geezer who has been playing around in stock markets for 55 years)

I would not hold, Matt, if I disagreed with you, but it is likely to take a fair wind to push these to and over 300p and the odds of this are not great now. That was the reason for my advice. If they do hit that level, we all have the agony of deciding where to reinvest to get a dividend yield like this with similar safety, Since I don't have a fortune here, the temptation is to stay put unless the so-called pundits talk LGEN down.

SP just crawls lower so you either trust the man and stick away or admit you were wrong and cut a loss.
I trust big Jim to find winners so it's the bottom drawer for this with his WEB which I also have. Incidentally, MFS, another of his, is tipped by Algy Hall of IC as a Piotroski play, Not in there. Perhaps I should be, Safer and more predictable, apparently!

...at last coming for TLOU. This has all been background noise and the story is one of progress with or without the Bots govt. Expect RNS confirming successful drilling completed within three weeks IMHO. Would also be nice to get result of RFP but Lord alone knows when that will ever land. Still predict a 4-bagger here soon.

Large numbers of my 'Flutter Fund' have actually come alive in the last week. You are now letting the side down.
I don't expect anything sensational -although that is overdue - but just a bit of hope breathed into the SP would be nice.
How about a list of majors who have NOT YET run the slide=rule over BPC!

Showing under a million bought so far. That ain't a leak in this one! But if that's on no news, where will SP go on decent JORC? I reckon will spike to 5p and if it does there will be a lot of lths lightening their load.
