At this rate I will not be surprised if TLOU is forced to raise cash at 5p! Wondering whether the Bots Civil Service Pension Fund have cut a loss and moved into something more boring. Or perhaps they will hoover these at 5p or less?
Did not expect this but will stick to my holding and hope.

This is now going to need a year or more to adjust to the new conditions which I think is due to the new capital requirements for companies in this racket....sorry, 'business'. Oh weel that's life !

You may well be right, Byt, about the highest Tlou market price. We all just need it to rise. Your guess is a sensible guess but no-one can predict the timescale or whether we get 100% of the RFP (unlikely) or something less. For what it's worth, I think we will get over half, perhaps 70%, because we are better advanced on site and possibly have more gas. But the Govt will want to award to both so that they have two outfits rather than one working to provide them with electricity. Hope you can cling on to your holding until the price perks up. Yes, truly disappointing reaction and tempted to buy more. Only trouble is the co has spent much of its cash pile and will need a Rights soon. They won't want to raise capital at 5p but can they wait until RFP final result? So I will keep what's left of powder dry. Hopefully good rise in SP soon but don't exclude the capital raise from your calculations. Best wishes, Olda

It seems this is the next step in the RFP award process at last. Goodbye 5p. Hope we see at least 10p today.

Results a fortnight away might be fine but accompanying info should be more useful. I see SP stabilising after that and doing very little until next figures which should be much better and possily hinting at a future dividend.. So maybe 25p in a year.

I have been reading about the latest PaddyPower Betfair comments on the American scene in which they lost M£15 last year and are relaxed about continuing until the betting laws change there. Also a tip for GVC in last Iinvestors Chronicle repeated in weekend FT. In their case the loss is only M£5 but the sentiments are the same. With WEB holding so many valuable County licences and a business in California, it must be only a matter of time before the big boys will be in a massive bidding war to take us out. In my view the ultimate price could be about 20 times the present SP. So I will tuck away and just hope I am still around when the action starts. For the rest of you, younger thn me and with chunky pension funds, a few of these look like a decent bet. Mr M knew this when he put the outfit together. .

Don't expect surprise but news of future drilling could send price up. Hardly any trade in these so won't take much.

With a large slug of cashy from the bid SYNC are even now very underpriced. Have proved many times now that they pick winners.

Agreed! Stands to reason that this cannot tread water for ever and Bots Govt really have to award RFP at some point.
Who is a seller at this point? Bearing all this in mind, unless catastrophe or negative news, this should only rise over the short-to-medium term. A risk still, but a damned good one right now.

All I expect is confidence, not net profit yet, although that would be nice. A lot of money has been spent ahead of what I hope will be a good season of buying KP Fertil.

No instant gratification here. WEB is a long-term hold and in due course deals may happen to add serious value. That is not what the short-termers want. Hence the drop and lack of interest. Bottom drawer again!

I think you are correct. BPC will not continue its upward run without firm news on farm-in very quickly. It will return to being a day-trader's bread-and-butter chip. As a LTH, I sympathise with the many others who resign themselves to this happening yet again. It is the prudent attitude. If we are wrong, then we shall be delighted and a bit wealthier, but best not to expect it. I need 8p to lighten the load anyway!

I get the feeling that we are entering the 'unspoken' stage of this game with the Bots Govt. They are readying themselves to pronounce on the RFP but for now will actually not say anythying. The co may very well have a smoke signal but cannot communicate it. This may be where we are in which case it would explain the Board members confident faces. It also goes a little way to explain the small SP gain. IF my reading is correct, fireworks will come soon and price should lift off. The other assumption is that nothing goes wrong with the mining operations. Hmmm!

I now reckon SYNC is cheap, in spite of its large premium.

Trying to make us LTHs give up and make big losses. Don't fall for it, anyone. I smell a 10-bagger from here, given time.
Hope it doesn't go there but buying at a price with a 4 in front might be more than flesh and blood could resist!
