If I were him, I would possibly get out of Cali for megabucks when possible and keep the other licences in this as a cash shell (after a nice distribution to himself and us)..He could then use WEB in time to expand the business in other states based around the other licences or dispose of them too as they become valuable and use WEB as a totally new business having maximised the value of all the licences. Either way, if he lets us, we should stick around if he lets us..

not great for HSBA. Once the press write this up, I think this will drop further although if any bank can ride it out, it's this one. Already own a financial IT plus Lloyds but something with less than a 6 in front would be tempting.

Lots of positive news makes me suspect KIT has large holding in what is now an unlisted Multinational building up its US business, probably ahead of an IPO in USA. That would be very nice for KIT although as yet I do not know precisely how much of the co we own! Anyone out there an help?

Figures due soon and expected to show small net profit and because it is a microcap, will translate into upward of 5p per share. Any news of tie-ups will be a big bonus. Reason to buy in advance? You try getting your hands on sizeable numbers of INS! Totally impossible unless insiders sell.

Managed to sell part on Friday, leaving me a healthy 60% with an average now a scrap below 7p and a small but useful wad of cash. This has now become just another spec holding instead of the potential catastrophe it seemed a fortnight ago. There is still a real risk of a Placing now the SP has risen but I have the cash to reinvest if I choose to. And if it rises to say 14p I shall reduce further and hold the rest for pretty well zero.

The big rise forced me to actually check and do the maths to cream something off. Misled myself! High buys were 14p and 13p and average 7.77p. At time I tried to sell some via computer and The Share Centre, it didn't want to know. Earlier I have tried to buy some Ross Group and the same happened. I thought it an omen and have not dealt. They have ended higher but tomorrow, if luck continues, I would be imprudent not to cut risk. The trouble is that a few others will be thinking the same!

... will address the sickly SP? I believe the only answer is time. Once the mining work is over for now and (hopefully) all has gone pretty much according to plan, only then is it likely peeps will realise these are cheap as the proverbial. By then they might have crawled back even more but I am in for the long term. With other gambles turning favourable, may even tuck more away.

Having started buying at around 26p and got vertigo on the way down, averaging all the way, it is a bit of comfort seeing it start the long, hopeful climb back. I am now over half way to my new average purchase price (thanks to a last top-up at 1.9p). Should bail out of some if SP leaps again and hold rest for very little! There are still many risks here, so safety first has to be the sensible attitude.
