Agree this is cheaper than chips and internet and tipsheets should get the SP to sensible levels quickly -although nothing is certain. So I jumped in and took more at the close. With a 40% retained interest and excluding dilutive share issues Market Cap should be £1.5+ BILLION in a few years.

Cash per share of c38p. Will they use it for a bolt-on acquisition or pay a divi at year-end? No clue in the RNS but have always said looking to expand. Definitely one to hold.

I get the point, TSAE and bopd is a serial deramper, but I would not be at all surprised if there is some truth in his comment.
I would trust that BM, not being from Brazil, and having been caught out here in a big way, would give strict orders for cash upfront only.

Sellers probably surprised at how cheap Phase 1 sold for, but they are missing the point (apart from the fact this is York and
many were probably 1 b/r). SWith Phase 1 all committed, they will have decent demand for the next phase, which I expect will be more expensive.

Cannot see a placing at that level. They will want to squeeze the SP up before, so I expect a positive RNS soon, probably with details of the insts already firm buyers. My guess is at or close to 2p or conceivably a consolidation of share cap as well. The shares will need a major announcement to push and keep the SP over 2p, such as hint (at least) of a big partner in the wings.

This project in York will be transformative for PCA and in due course will send the NAV into £5+ territory.

Chair here is same as took charge at Medicx and saw it merge with PHP, so known to me. Big premium and have cash to invest because I don't like prospects for UK market right now so sold up elsewhere. Will stay on sidelines and see how it takes to the inevitable Boris Brexit! Think we will have at least one big sell off.

That's all I can think of. At some point will go through the roof and the difference in price on that day will make this nefarious soul a bluddy fortune, unless there is an investigation.
