....might well be GOOD news on Monday. No late pleading before Friday's court closure means the Rajasthan Gov't are debarred from defending (barring an out-of-time application) and the court is then empowered to make an award in favour of PAT and award costs of the entire action to them.

This RNS is third loan conversion willing to pay a lot more than current price to own the shares. These are very likely to be wealthy African locals. One might be hunch, two might be calculated risk, but IMHO three is a leak. Lets hope so.

You don't have to be a bear on this stock to fear further downside. Market as a whole is jittery. Peeps are selling to get back lower down. Why is 250p a guaranteed bottom? Brexit and the Trade War could easily push everything lower still - and I am still here, not a bear!

May 31. Just been looking at Fundamentals and updating with what we know. (cash depleted by the 10M we gave back.borrowing increased) This year's Balance sheet will not be pretty unless our assets (licences) are independently revalued and included at that figure, which is unlikely. Ho hum!

How and when it will proceed is not up to us. Its a pain but what keeps us her? FOMO !!

I have just topped up yet again in the firm belief that this will all go well and, eventually, the market will have to mark this at a realistic price once it is producing energy. Now I will try to ignore the market price for a while because AIM is notorious and in the short term just about anything can happen. As a LTH, I am pretty sure this will at least add to my finances, if now actually make me rich! Best wishes to all LTHs.

,,,,,,of big JDA tonight, so if no RNS 7a.m tomorrow, I expect a price dive. Have a decent holding but placed a limit buy lower down for a.m tomorrow just in case.
