Big dip today but I got out few days ago. Got my Annual Report anyway and suspect one or two have just got to Page 94 Auditors Report (Page No.from memory, so could be wrong). The Directors were clever enough to realise if they did not put something about the co's ability to continue trading 'for the foreseeable future' in THEIR report, the Auditor would have to set it all out in his! This outfit is, IMHO, not going to make enough (or any) profit this year to be able to pay a rebased divi, a nd with no bid in the offing, looks set for being moribund. I hope for holders' sakes I am proved wrong, but I duly took my unpleasant medicine! Lots of luck if you do not.

This was a start-up from scratch. They have to get the buyers in but it need not be Harrods. Plenty of time to upgrade once they establish decent cashflow. Hopefully that is now perhaps another year away.

....this board won't recommend less than virtually double this price - IMHO. Aand if it goes hostile, it is likely there will be at least one other bidder. I would settle for £2.40.

..... then our Board are obliged to tell us something. Not sure the figures will fire up the SP but I am sure there will be lots of 'forward looking' statements about a cleaner tomorrow etc etc. Now do I think that makes these a strong buy?

.... and the Respondent was not a Govt body,, it would not have dragged on and with a final extension given, the Respondent would be trying to wriggle out by settling. BUT it is not England and it is a Gov't body, so the case is altered maybe. Still in here with a few and hope PAT gets its licence at long last AND an order for costs of the action. This little bird looks cheap enough to appeal to a big boy. Under three quid to buy (a few!) when asset value must be over four and with the York devt finished and let, nearer 4..5. Only trouble is the big boys mostly have their own troubles with portfolios of retil shops.

of a bolt on/merger in the offing. Hardly any shares changing hands even at these comparatively high prices.
