The current MC of 214 Million is the equivalent of about 265,000 Oz of Platinum,which is a tiny fraction of the assets.

The BOD seem determined to see this through, personally I was reassured with today's RNS.
I think all venom about the nationality of some in the company is quite repellent.
I have seen nothing connecting board members with the maniac Putin.I would imagine they are all shocked and outraged,so no need for the abuse.
The huge assets are desperately needed in the coming climate crisis so best wishes for a successful completion of the deal.

Feel a suspension till asset sale would have been the right move about a week ago, but tomorrow is another day.

Talk of distressed sale is plain wrong.
Worst case scenario is delay on timetable for asset sale.
Still have plenty of cash in non Russian bank and WK working normally.
Until told otherwise we can assume company is currently unaffected.
Pressure has increased on Russia to negotiate a ceasefire,so an end to hostilities may come as soon as this week.
I don't expect the BODs are happy with the situation but neither do I expect any particular panic .

Hopefully a roadmap soon to end hostilities will be forthcoming.
Decided to look at some numbers.
Current MC is 407million that's 545million dollars.
Current assets are likely around 200billion dollars,but maybe more as more licences are being pursued.
So ignoring money in the bank and an expanding WK mine,then the MC is now less than 0.30% of assets available,now that is quite a discount.
Having first bought in in Oct 2009,this company has a track record of surprising on the upside through very challenging times.

Lots of agenda driven tripe being vomited today.
I think most investors here know the score,the company in the current crisis is firing on all cylinders.
The sales process is still being finalised, as we have had no RNS to the contrary.
The buyer may try a late reduction in price but I'm sure we can afford a 10% discount for any extra perceived risk.
The highly desirable assets will sell at a very rewarding price.
I suppose some idiots enjoy catastrofising every thing.
Best to remain calm and trust the BOD to navigate us through this situation.
Perhaps sanity will win through and a ceasefire will come very soon.If so I expect a massive increase in SP.

I'm sure like many LTHs I did as I said, didn't trade one share.
Eventually the BOD will bring home the deal.

Still logical to assume sale deal still happening.
If present buyer wants to cease deal,I would imagine a less favourable ,firesale deal with another bidder could save the day.

Very depressing watching the news ,it's always hard seeing frightened women and children.
Sadly it's always men who are power hungry freaks that start the wars.
Obviously the Putin problem makes our company not so attractive,but when it comes to making money, business men have always voted with there wallets.
Still confident some assets will be sold,but the current sale situation needs to be communicated and a roadmap for the possible strategy.
Still believe the many suits involved in sales process will want to and be able to conclude the deal.

Would have preferred a suspension about 2 weeks ago.
The market capitalization now must reflect just over the value of WK,so everything else is excluded.
I would hope the BOD are preparing an RNS with buyer and numbers attached and possible timelines.
They MUST realize that anything less is giving free reign to MMs to trash SP.
I imagine an agreed change in the NDA is now needed and this should be actioned today.

I have supported this company over many years but am disappointed the BOD have got us to where we are now .
They may have deal already signed and know the sale outcome,but some major news now needs to be broadcast.

I have previously suggested a suspension twice in the last 3weeks.
If the share was suspended when I first recommended we would be at 21p.
Really hoping for an RNS soon to stop any slide in SP.
