If the buyer wants a discount then a royalty payment could be included to make sure potential profits are captured by EUA shareholders.

I imagine Putin's high risk invasion will stagger on a bit longer,but I would hope some kind of exit plan is being formulated as the economic costs magnify.
For Eurasia mining it's still very reassuring that all the deal makers are in place and look set to complete deal transaction.
The nickel market which is currently probably the most volatile commodity must settle down sometime but obviously supply issues are paramount.
A Twitter communication would be nice but still think RNS silence is the best policy.

May add again soon but won't be able to get to your number.
Personally I can live with selling at 10p but looking for at least 50p so I can give 10p a share worth to my 4 now grown up kids.

With the new tax year starting in a few trading days time I think there will be a real buying spree at current SP level.
Not long to wait for a meaningful uptick in volume and hopefully a justified rerate.
Expecting another dull week to come and then some SP action the following week.
Currently thinking of adding to ISA or doing a well timed Bed and ISA.
Enjoying a nice Whiskey Mac in the Chelmsford sunshine.

Hi Ian hope your birthday went well.
Probably another dull here ,but as we all know the future prospects look as good as ever ,so the sensible thing to do is just keep waiting.
What's a few more weeks or even months in the scheme of things.

Just 10 more full trading days before the new tax year.
As the SP has been taken down so much I predict a lot of buying in ISAs soon.
Like many the current SP is probably about right for cash in hand and an expanding WK.
No value is being ascribed to all the rest.
The rationale for buying in an ISA becomes greater as the potential gains just seem to keep increasing.
Personally I'm in the camp of the BOD keeping a low profile in the current environment.

My patience here is still fully intact,I have only ever bought and held since October 2009.
I'm prepared for a maximum further wait of up to 5 years but after this retirement dictates that I sell.
I feel confident of a good shareholder outcome but the last few months have been quite unsettling.
It could be that red lines for peace,have changed in the light of recent events so how this gets resolved in even more difficult as more lives get lost.
Let's remain positive for some good company news in the upcoming week.

I listened to the briefing room on BBC sounds overnight while at work.
I'm of the opinion now that any end to hostilities could be some long way off ,I really hope I'm wrong.
Obviously in previous Russian wars a continuous bombing campaign has brought results,human beings tend to repeat what works.
With regard to Eurasia I hope and imagine their business plans are moving forward with progress being made on all fronts.
I'm starting to think that a deal may need to be concluded and announced while this dreadful war is still enacted.
I hope the BOD have seriously thought this maybe a difficult but realistic possibility.
At this late stage of the asset sale and birth of EUA 2.0 I see every reason to believe the BOD will deliver a great outcome for all shareholders.

We all know the SP can move quickly,could be shorts are looking to exit before profits evaporate or losses grow.
The BOD may soon be in a position to release a SUPER RNS which will be a game changer.

Good morning all, hopefully the recent infestation of derampers will continue to disappear.
Not sure where SP goes today,would love another big leg up but after the last few weeks would be content to be held at present level for today.
I suppose some recent buyers may take a very quick profit but I reckon we will still see plenty of buyers.
