Innova is owned by a USA private equity firm, they bought into Innova who were registered in Italy, the owners entered a licensing deal with a Chinese company to buy their LFT’s buffer / reagent .

Innova’s registered head office was a semi detached house in England and they had 1 employee just 6 months ago - they then took a 2 man serviced office in London - easy to research

As with most USA private equity plays they will fund via offshore debt and suck the profit out via interest payments and without paying a penny in taxes here.
Their main client is the U.K. Government

Their recent PR about investing in factories in the U.K. was more than likely to detract attention of who actually owns Innova and who makes the test, private American Bankers using Chinese biotech.

Looks like Innova may have generated anything from £3B to £5B from the U.K. and they walk away paying nothing back to the country and all for a test that from known data is not that good and in fact their technical specification is no longer valid to be included for consideration at Porton Down as an Antigen test.

Good business by the Yanks and Chinese, not so good for the U.K. tax payer.

Looks like a non story - the Avacta BB covers it quite well.

To think Colin has only been the CEO for 36 months he’s turned the Company around - put aside a 1000% increase in the share price in the last 12 months

If you look at Everlywell below, now valued at $2.9B, there is a strong possibility Omega Diagnostics will outperform Everlywell in the next 12 months, however the one area that many of these companies do not have expertise is the engineering / manufacturing of the LFT’s

Omega is becoming a multi product business with an international market but it’s key advantage is its vertical supply chain, it can produce the biotech or TT from other then produce the LFT itself.

The final part of the jigsaw is in Global sales & marketing and it was noticeable l/ telling that Omega have been recruiting people in that field.

Wolf, they could get both, antigen & antibody, would be some feat by the business.

Notice the 2nd Tweet confirms the 1/2M test trial is drawn down in affect from an existing Government Contract

Ditto they don’t have MHRA - they do only for this trial for what it’s worth

This goes well then the RTC could have a decent chance of securing permanently , nice to know the Government are using the RTC test and not a Chinese / American one

Colin / Wallbrook have been quick to refute rumours / misquotes the last week or so, if ODX becomes a dividend paying AIM share it attracts longer term share holders not traders and institutions managing an income / IHT planning funds

Appreciate longer term steady dividends is a further rerate but Colin would be making a statement by announcing a dividend of any class

Colin must have mentioned the special dividend during the interview but it wasn’t included in the scripted / published format.

Interesting that neither Omega or Wallbrook have countered to refute the claim.
