Avacta RNS this morning had an interesting paragraph that may be of interest

‘The AffiDX® SARS-CoV-2 antigen lateral flow test is being manufactured by Global Access Diagnostics and the transfer of this process to Abingdon Health is now being validated to allow commercial product to be manufactured and released. In combination these two UK-based manufacturers will be able to supply 3-5 million tests per month. Further capacity, if required, is being put in place in Europe and potentially in Asia’

It appears GAD will not be manufacturing for Avacta anymore? Maybe the first signs of Bill Gates focusing on his capacity for the 3rd World ?

I would focus on Ct values up to 25 and viral load up to 7.00+e , sensitivity as a benchmark whilst important wasn’t going to pick asymptomatic carriers within the very short window they had a high viral load - hence Innova got away with their test for a short period but £cleaned up in the process.

That’s the marker to measure like for like, Mologic is right up there as the best / one of the best

Arguable if Avacta - and ironically their JV with Mologic - say they have the best but no independent clinical trials 100% to Ct27

Am not sure it matters as long as the test is close to 100% Ct25 - personal view

Nb business provides for staff / 72 hr pass
ensures the business can operate - as not HUA ( yet )

Omega Antigen LFD is on sale for professional use - across EU / U.K.

European mainland Businesses in many instances have to purchase their own LFT’s in certain countries

Holland & Italy for example have a Covid Vaccine passport, vaccine or test to even get into a bar / restaurant , even place of work.

We are manufacturing’ something’ could it possibly be antigen LFT’s for professional use?

Q218 last month says it all , Omega are going for U.K. Sovereign test HUE.

We know Mologic is one / if not the best Antigen Test in the market - 2no major clinical independent trials

We know Omega have completed the usability study in Ulster

Q218 says they will apply once the above is complete, that was what 3 weeks ago, we can say we are definitely inside Porton Down on 3/3a clinical trial

We have a real good chance here to pull this off , yes there is risk but the reward is going to be material, has to be this week / next latest

Hani, suggest after Wallbrook confirming below & Q218 you take your position based on your attitude to risk / reward

Last 18 months was building up capacity to this point today - 100M LFT’s a month

Visitech becomes a U.K. Sovereign test with HUA and Omega will enjoy a serious rerate

Risk reward … sell if you think it won’t happen , hold if you fancy a gamble , that’s the position today for all of us

We are where we are now, we know from independent clinical trials the Mologic biotech is best / one of the best in the world - this has to give us comfort

Ulster trial is complete so based on Q218 we are in PD

This week / next we should know, it will be a serious rerate if we pull off , especially with GAD focused on 3rd World markets as per Mologic’s recent disclosure.

It’s a simple binary calculation, believe or you don’t, for what’s it worth in my opinion the data is balanced in our favour, I think we will do it.

We must be close to hear one way or another, taking the view Phase 3/ 3a Porton should be near / or complete
Ditto the fact Q218 is quite clear Omega should inform us
of the outcome.
