It looks like the BOD have accepted they don’t have the skill set nor the contracts being based in Alva and have outsourced this to Lansdown who are acting as Omegas proxy.

It’s been a tough lesson for the BOD - for all LTH’s - it appears it’s all about contacts for Covid testing - not going to go there re the Tories that’s another subject to get angry about

We may find out a bit more on this point re outsourcing sales / marketing when the Q&A is released which is due any day

Comp, fair comment but Lansdown will be able to source deals for DAM/ Omega, that makes commercial sense.

Be it U.K. / EU / USA - even with Bill Gates on board Mologic - it appears it’s very helpful if the Chinese are involved with the application even if their data is inferior to your own

CTDA should give us a share price boost/ nice support but EU HUA is the game changer to the rerate

I only focused on Antigen tests, we have no market of note today, we need EU HUA and U.K. Government policy to revert to day 2 Antigen LFT on returning to the U.K.

We could generate £10M revenue this financial year from our other products and hopefully we could see our gross margin improve back to 50% range but we need EU HUA at least to rerate from our current position.

Let’s be realistic and not suck any new investors into another pump & dump like yesterday

We actually don’t have an antigen test to sell today, in fact we don’t have an antigen test that has regulatory clearance to be sold anywhere?

The DHSC contract is dead in the water and if they want their £17M of kit back then its basically all over for Omega in terms of its Covid testing aspirations.

However with Covid not going away we have a decent chance to generate profits once we clear EU HUA

It doesn’t appear that the USA market will from what Omega told us last week and unless the Government bring back day 2 Antigen tests then that market won’t be there even if we could sell into.

This puts aside we need Mologic to advise their biotech picks up the new variant.

EU HUA and we should have a sustained rerate and hopefully their outsourced Sales Team can find other DAM’s on the Continent, at that point let’s hope the DHSC consider on shoring manufacturing of LFT’s.

Opportunities for Omega but we need our share of good luck, that’s been lacking but we are due a break.

Until Colin goes there is nothing to stop the share price to continue to fall unless EU HUA / CTDA comes off - which is looking further pushed out whilst we prove the test picks up the new variant

Clear out Colin / Sales Director and directors buy shares in open market, we could enjoy some support at their purchase price

They should have actioned this on the day after the webinar, Colin could have won some plaudits same time.

Sack / replace Colin & the Sales director and the remaining BOD buy shares in the open market £50k executive directors each £20k non exc’s same

That should do the trick, change sentiment in a heart beat and shows Director confidence in the business

Think we could we all except the above, the issue is the continual tweets / even photos showing Trucks/ Boxes and telling us we had 250 staff etc they made out we were busy but Covid sales were just £1.2M in total for the interims, even though we had EU / U.K. CE - and this would have included Surescreen revenue

So at it stands we don’t have an antigen test we can actually sell today we have cut our staff / agency people but we don’t know to what level and we won’t require 2M a month capacity & the DHSC contract was potentially dead in the water months ago but we were not informed , we don’t know if we have to hand the £17M of kit back and the USA HUA market is not happening

Regulator comes across as a decent chap, I don’t think he means malice/ or is gaming, trading Omega, he is a LTH who supports the business.

Like many of us his investment in Omega will be under water, what we all want is for the BOD to recognise their shareholders have lost trust in what they tell us via social media, recognise that fact, treat us with respect as
co owners of the business and for the Chairman to replace Colin who’s position is untenable.

Am afraid it’s looking like they have, it’s why the share price is 25p today, investors don’t trust the BOD

Then in a RNS they downplay the USA market ?

What is the status of the USA market for Omega ?
Why wouldn’t Mologic fund the application ?

So many questions on that one, considering it was ‘fundamental ‘ just 10 weeks ago ?

Doesn’t make sense like everything else they have told us ?
