If the posters on this board want to understand the AIM market a bit better than I suggest you compare yesterday's posts with what we are reading today.
Yesterday, everything seemed to be honky dory. Seemed to be. The bottom line expectation was of course that the RNS would roll in this morning announcing everything is resolved, i.e. Heron-1 drill continues.

I wish there would be something positive to say which doesn't come out of the "wishful thinking drawer".
The one thing I am convinced of is that this "Heron Issue" is a top priority for any and all working for PM. On the other hand I reluctantly admit that the longer it takes for PM's management to get this fixed the worse it will get; and you can bet on it that the SP will display the the situation accordingly.
But as other posters on this board have correctly said the PM investors have gone thru worse and ultimately deserve better.
Whatever it's worth: I believe in "BETTER".

After today's share trading results I don't believe PM will be in a hurry. Tomorrow or Monday we will see a RNS; but only if today's trading results do not turn out to be just a fling.

Cap't Stanely: Let's stick to the facts: This share was trading (slightly but still) above 9p on July 11 ending the day on 8.85p. 8p is therefore not "the limit to date". Just FY (and everybody elses) I.

Neeko, Obelix: I tend to agree that investing £673K in one single chunk would appear to be hazardous in the absence of some sort of (exclusive) knowledge which - BTW - seems to be very positive (for those who are invested).

If on a trading day like this the information grid says:
- 725k+ shares sold
- 64k+ shares bought
Who is buying (or has bought) the difference of about 660k shares?
Clearly, the buyers are either MMs or market participants. But why this intransparency?
At the risk of making a fool of myself (once again) I admit that I still don't know how this works.

When does a Buy show as a Buy - and when does a Sell show as a Sell? It would appear obvious that a Buy always requires a Sell (and vice versa).

spike912: I wish I could counter that - but I can't. What I can say is that macd_91 (the O&G geol. expert on this board regarding red deer) says:
"I would be very surprised if there wasn't oil present."

As you say yourself Neeko: The information available to the public at this point is insufficient (in order to make any kind of judgement). Consequently, speculation is currently king. I wish it weren't so but unfortunately, it's reality.

But yes: I'm based in Zürich - Bern would be pretty much in the middle. But let's wait for the fireworks first. I hope for a party for all in London.

Yes WildOne - you heard right: Following your interpretation all odds are against you. So why in hell should you gamble here? You may want to - at least try to - figure out why more than 2.2mio PM shares were bought today. Doesn't make sense to you? Does to me!
Go invest your "hard earned cash" in Google, Amazon, Microsoft etc. - you may or may not make a buck or two.

Yes Manro: As ugly as the story sounds - your version could actually be the way this took place. The "good" news is however, that nobody would be trying to get his hands on an empty box (as mentioned on this board today). It's not much, but it does provide some comforting.
