Totally respect any decision to take profits but this airline is so undervalued compared to the sector & taking into account its potential.

I never quite believe in 5% rises in a day so I don’t blame anyone who takes some profit (I have done) but even a close about 1723p will be good enough for me

If we close above 1723p I shall be very happy; but equally happy if we close above the 1620s ..

Either way the trend is our friend …

As Taut mentioned earlier, short term it’s a bet but medium term you can vote with your money …

MadMat - agree with you entirely. Wizz Air isn’t hanging around waiting for events to improve - they take their strategy into their own hands as far as they can - and they can with route choice & airplane deployments.

I imagine that the realistic end of the Ukraine war will help to support shredded (general, not Wizz Air) investor confidence. Although clearly Trump’s loose talk & random actions on tariffs are not helping business confidence anywhere.

If anyone needs to steady their nerves go on the Wizz Air investor relations website and have a look at the growth in passenger numbers in Jan Feb March of the last 5 or 6 years.

It tells a pretty consistent story

Don’t be beaten.

Expect volatility; watch the price trajectory go up as known issues are resolved (higher highs; higher lows) be patient and wait for 1800 / 2100 / 2400 / 3000 - whatever your target might be.

The price in May seems to spike reasonably reliably & quite a lot of the issues talked about earlier may also be resolved by then.

I guess the bigger picture - a worsening of the situation in Ukraine with Trump ‘pausing’ aid there; worries about US stock market drops relating to tariffs also impacting EU markets; other factors leading to a risk off environment. A good time to buy if you have spare £££
