As the shares are being issued instead of cash being used to the pay a level of dividend necessary to maintain tax status, then the effect for this year in neutral. Going forward there will be 5% more shares but you will also have 5% more. Then there is the revaluation of assets going forward as you mentioned last week. I see the drop as a chance to pick up more at a bargain price with a 5% bonus provided you do it before they go Xd.
My gut feel is that everything is in the price at 33p odd and that going forward disposals and a recovery in retail assets combined with corporate restructuring will see this over 70p within 9 months.
At this level that could very well be a one way trip.

one thing that I have noticed is that since the big delayed trade all the AT trades have stopped.
For the last month or so both the vast majority of trades have been automatic trades and suddenly
they have stopped. Same thing in HMSO with all the AT's but continuing apace there still.
My gut feeling is that this is heading back below 70p short term. After that it all rides on the Q2
dividend. Will it be waived or will there be a payment.

IMO the chances of any meaningful dividend are slim at the current time. The only way I can see
a decent payout is via a scrip dividend and this in itself may cause problems.
Anyone want to discuss the dividend outlook?

My biggest take home is that the 171p valuation is based on a 50% discount for Balasausqandiq project.
Without the discount the target price would be 330p.

slightest whiff of further positive developments for SNG001 on any of many fronts will send this over 220p very very quickly

David was interested to read your news vacuum on big project with all the good news on the smaller project.
There is however a flaw in your argument which is that good news for the smaller project is clearly good news
for the funding of the 100% owned Big project. This will lead to significantly less dilution of equity.

been watching the action for a while now and the sp seems a little bloated short term
by all the AT trades, looks like some kind of BOT programme is active. The move back up from 55p
at the start of the week is a mini bubble imo.

I am not diminishing anything Prof Sir SH and team have accomplished, more RM for that matter but I cannot help thinking after watching the Rockefella Guy that they have stumbled onto something far bigger than initially thought even for treatment of Covid. What I mean by that is that it is clear that a vaccine is secondary to the reintroduction of INF beta 1a since a vaccine will not protect those with low INF due to auto immunity problems. The problem is not one of recognition for these patients
and therefore a vaccine will not help them. The critical point is that the virus affects 90% of the population no worse than a seasonal flu and therefore a vaccine is a waste of resources compared with boosting INF levels in those who are susceptible at
an early stage. The market for such a treatment is potentially 10% of the worlds population is HUGE.
This is where the £55 comes in. This being the case I would have thought J&J could afford £30 a share.

The results from a US based global study of patients with severe Covid have confirmed that a low level of Interferons is present
in most cases. The low levels are due to either genetic considerations (3%) or an auto immune response which attacks the interferons being produced. The low interferon level compromises the immune response to the virus and the result is COVID 19
