Just set up a stocks and shares ISA and was wondering how I move funds between share dealing account and ISA. So far it looks like I have to pay out to bank account, wait for the funds to clear and then stick it in my ISA. Thing is though i'll have missed the dip I want to buy in EML today if that is the case.
just asking here as I am on the phone and god knows how long that will take.

Indeed, tempted to fire off a polite email in the morning pointing out my dissapointment and that would be a first in 3 years of investing. Well two as one of those years was 100% SXX and I don't really count listening to my step dad and a dude down the pub who works for an investing firm as investing lol.
Also given the results of the placing are in I am also slightly dissapointed to not read the words over subscribed in the RNS but we know where the money is going.

So long as money raised goes into raising the overall value of the project I am happy.

I respectfully disagree but maybe that is due to my experiance of a 73% discounted 80% dilution in announced after close of play with but 4 hours for PIs to partake via PrimaryBid which is how I know about PB. This was in TRX last year. Or the monthly dilutions in VAST due to death spiral finance. Or PREM with it's huge assets and useless BOD. INSP? Barely reworded RNSs for years on end a CEO as a named defendant in a US fraud case.
So I personally feel well accomdated for here in EML as the BOD are transparent, the project is good, the coms are excellent, cash is being used responsibly and despite this raise not being at a premium is not of much to concern to me and my investment here unless I was focused on short term targets. Which I am not.

To answer your question from a total peon position, the raise is not a premium as the market for lending is great for governments but not for enterprise at the moment so at least it was not a terrible discount. Also don't discount the longlasting damage SXX has done for all potash projects as far as British investment goes. I would not mind but it's not like SXX were going to be mining potash but anyway. That is old history now and I have faith in the BOD to ensure a good return on investment for investors longterm.

I'm guessing you will be well aware of such things being as well read as you are Ian but have a read up on high dose vit C for regulating apotosis aka destruction of dysfuntioncal cells. All the best Ian and Portsmouth1.

It certainly has been a great week. Not only have we had a nice rise here but I finally treat myself to a new mountain bike. Had to use credit to do it but man, the previous 2016 Boardman really was trying to kill me and it even embarrased me in front of an antrractive young woman when it tried to throw me off while chatting with my neighbour out walking the dog... Basically got the same bike but the 2021 model and get this. The one on display in Halfords was the only large model in all of the UK for sale that would not have put me on a waiting list for a fresh manufacturer supply.
It was meant to be and just thought I'd mention this as some on here have wished me luck in getting a new bike since investing here in 2019. Over to you BOD so I can get the electric bike of my dreams :)
PS. Came dangerously close to selling some for the first time but decided to stick with my gut instinct of not selling any here. Sold some elsewhere to help soften the blow of dropping a grand on a new bike.

The only thing I am dissapointed about is I could not partake in the bookbuild via PrimaryBid. I'd have actually freed up funds and orderd kitchen sinks to take part. Feels like the sub ten pence buyin range is coming to an end imo and being somewhat broke I want moar shares before getting priced out. Just my luck, invest in two great companies, this and EUA, but not enough money to get the amount of shares I want without selling other shares that have not hit levels I want to slice at.
My fingers are crossed for a couple of things to go bang in the next month or two and then I can shift that money here and get an ISA set up well ahead of finance and mine construction as the longer I spend here the more comfortable I am aiming for dividends. If we get bought out along the way then so be it but I want enough shares as EML is becoming a bit of Maypole for me once EUA is done and getting taken out early would dent my plans in terms of money accumulation. Still though, this time last year I only had 5k shares but now I have 25k so I've done something right with my money.
Even been a tad naughty and cross ramped EML like I have no other shares. Tactfully of course but still, get in before the herd arrives and all that.

PS. What a RNS heavy day for me, 8 non PME RNSs in 6 different holdings. Thats what I get for trying to stay on top of ten different companies lol. Interesting to note the proposed move to AIM as I used to be able to say EML was my one none AIM holding...not sure how I feel about that but I have faith in the BOD to do best by us shareholders which is more than can be said of Andrew Prelea of VAST infamy.

Well I just thought what the hell and sold some elsewhere at a loss but where I had more invested than I was comfortable with anyway and put it here. Only 200835 to give a nice round 420k shares. Still above 0.1 average mind, 0.121 now, but hey ho. Shoulda top sliced on the massive spike ages ago.

Beat me to it therOxbury, I was just about to comment that. My .137 average is asking to come down but I just drained all my funds on buying a much needed new mountain bike to replace the old workhorse that was outright dangerous. Asset rich but capitol poor, that is the one sentence description for my experiance of investing for these past years lol. Still to play for here though and with the Timor summit coming up this RNS could be just a wee bit of a nudge to the market from the BOD that there is large potential upside here.

I'm personally quite happy with that premium and seems like a good incentive to me.

Treat myself to a new Boardman MHT 8.9 3 days ago to replace a Boardman 2016 MHT Pro that I have rode into the ground this past year of mostly furlough/rubbish work hours. Still getting used to her but boy do I like the one extra loose gear compared to my old 11 speed that was trying to kill me due to too much use and not enough servicing...So needless to say I'll be out on my new bike today, riding round Middlesbrough which despite what some think is an area of outstanding beauty imo. A sublime mix of new industry, old industry, brown fields, green fields,transporter bridge, waterways etc.
I can ride in any direction for ten to fifthteen minutes and be surrounded by greenery. It's great and one of the main reasons I would never want to live in a place like London. Wayyy to built up for my tastes.

Anyway. Feck all to do with ODX but some of us like riding our bicycles :) And being the broke ass peon I am come onnnn ODX, that grand for a new bike was a helluva lot of money for me so it'd be great to see some TT/contract news so I can get that money back and then some. Failing that if EUA would hurry up and conclude their FSP then I could go all out and grab myself a nice electric bike to save my ligaments when going shopping and whatnot. 20kg shopping loads couple times a month takes it outta ya lol.

I was walking down a dirt track next to some railway lines in Zimbabwe when a rickety train called the Prem Express flew past me, leaving a trail of confetti in its wake. All jokes aside after being here for over a year I am A. Damn glad I averaged down even if it felt like throwing good money after bad at the time. And B, glad I took some profit on the last spike to 0.9. (damn close to nailing the top as well, sold at 0.93 with high being 0.96...total fluke lol) Even if this does blow off due to some kind of asset value realisation and I have a quarter million less shares I'll still be happy due to the amount of times I did not previously and kicked myself.

Bullied extensively growing up, come from a broken family and spents years in one of the most advanced forms of counselling you can get. My point? Sticks and stones people. You have the right to ignore what you don't like and I for one am sick and tired of this nampy pampy attitude over words as opposed to actions that has enveloped modern society. For the first time in two years of investing I finally excercised some top slice discipline. The ironic part is I almost chucked another 125 quid at this (I'm a part time zero hour min wage worker, leave me alone lol) last Friday when I got paid but thought better of it. First time since the the spike last year that I have regretted not averaging down here lol. Now come on Goergie boy, justify me holding more than half my holding still.

Not really related but dammit! There goes another pedigreed development studio, gone to the uncaring maw of EA whom I have only just began to forgive for shutting down Westwood Studies, the creators of Command and Conquer, only because they let a developer make a stonkingly good and faithfull C&C remaster recently.
If you loved C&C back in the day and have not tried the remake you really should.

It's the 1.5 million JORC silver ozs I like. I blame UFO but I am a silverback these days. Still not sold any, not that it matters. Only got 44k shares. Tempted too up that to 60k as the SP is below my average at the moment.

Part time min wage zero hour furloughed pub worker here. Got in EUA with 140 quid just under a penny. Doubt I'll ever beat that punt in terms of gains lol and in my experiance of investing for 2 years, it's the unloved stocks that you can make serious money on.

Almost sold on the last RNS but then I realised we were ditching bad assets. Still to play for in Timor, Peru and Moray Firth. Anyone whose been here for a while has seen how this can spike. So imo good time to buy in, as the SP has held up well since the last RNS, or average down if like me you still have an average above 0.137.
