Mr Wolfe. 34. Moving out is well overdue but in my defense and to my parents eternal frustration my twenties did not go so well. Ending up spending a good chunk of it in psycodynamic group therapy so parents naturally did not turf me out during that. Ended that in August 2016 only to then slip on some rubbish at work in Feb 2017. Rubbish left on a stairwell by my best mate from school days who got me the job no les after I lost the last one with criminal conviction to boot (I'd make a terrible criminal lol), and landed with my spine across 3 steps. Broke a rip, aggrevated or caused a bunch of major disc bulges. Got a payout, invested in SXX. Was given an EUA tipoff and made sure to grab some. Rest is history re EUA.
Took a while to recover from accident and just as I started earning enough money to move out lockdowns hit taking me to about 650 quid a month for pretty much a year. Hence still having a bit of debt.

I've gotten real good with money during this time at least although benefit of hindsight I should have topsliced even 10% given my initial stake of 140 quid. Likely would not have one of those credit cards still looming over me but hey. 1200 quid a month now I'm teamleader on 30 backbreaking hours a week. I'll soon whittle that down. And I'm fortunate enough to have grown a diversified PF so can now move things around as opposed to putting hand in pocket to invest. Still only a couple hundred here and there but this is my hedge against the inevitable early retirement due to ill health.
Honestly. Pompeyrod, god help me when I'm your age lol. I'm a physical wreck now o.0 My ACL is on it's way out, badly damaged rotary cuff in shoulder, damaged ligament in thumb, big toe likely developing arthiritis. IBS from terrible diet as a kid (I didn't even like beans on toast, thats how fussy I was lmao).
Anyway, enough rambling. As you can see I anit shy about my circumstances nor my hopes for my investment here. Long and short of it modern society has a hedonistic tendency towards activities that overtime lead to bad health outcomes. Do look after yourselves ladies and gentlemen and have fun, just moderation and abstinance from time to time eh. I know my liver agrees with that last part. Now.

It's been a lot longer than I expected and the lack of concrete numbers does get frustrating at times however as beautifully put by Ian, the quaint township of Eurasia Mining will not become like one of those Chinese ghost cities. It'll be a bustling hive of economic output for generations to come with buyers wanting a piece the world over.

And on the personal front for me. Good news, my parents have accepted my explanations as to why I still have a bit of debt and moving out now would not be ideal so another 3 months. Sold some shares in the rock of my PF that is ROCK just so I could say look, I can produce money out of the stock market. No matter what I will be gone in 3 months.
Saved me from having to chop any EUA so I'm pretty happy about that given I had hoped we would kiss 30p after the last RNS and tweet and could sell less in trading than I bought in ISA in worse case scenario for me short term. So I do get why some grow frustrated with how EUA has traded for a year now but that said.
Feet up and relaxed cos I've got a roof over my head, it's my day off and I'm invested in EUA and not sold a bean yet. May even be able to grab some more along the way and new taw year come April.

Don't care? Day to day SP irrevelant to value hunters with a long term outlook. Although I won't say it'd be nice to have an upward SP but meh. Happy with the science. It does get a bit tedious/frustrating reading the same questions when you have multiple shares to monitor. Hello BB from a total stranger that has been quietly reading these past few days. Reminds me of my first investment, SXX. Need I say more other than hopefully there is some kind of saving grace like AA did buying out SXX. Anyway just commenting to say Patch13, Amc20 and anyone else feeling some dark thoughts. I've been there many times, spent quite some years in counselling over my 34 years of life so while it may be hard to do please do not bottle it all up, talk to someone you actually know. Face to face, get it off your chest. Admit to it. And for the love of god don't act on such feelings. You may have already taken such prudent action being capable people of course but I feel compelled just to put that out there.

BOIL. It holds what was once a majors Natural Gas asset. They hold it for historical issues regarding Timor Leste's do it all on island ideal which caused Shell to ditch a trillion if not more cubic feet of natural gas. Certainly not a get rich quick affair but a minnaw holds a majors asset and all it takes for BOILS MCAP to live up to the tickercode is for Timor Leste to allow monetisation of the assest. It also has a North Sea oil asset in Dun Rhobin and a Peruvian asset whose name escapes me but that is mired seemingly in Covid restrictions and naturally Scotland is not all that friendly these days to North Sea oil activity.
I flip burgers for a living so please do not think I'm just trying to get people into something for a quick bit of profit. I'm all about those micro cap plays combined with lots of patience so long as the BOD deserves it. With that said I recommend BOIL as one of those rare potential multibaggers in the 50 to a hundred range given current MCAP. That is if TL gov allow monitisation of the Chuditch NG fields and then a major buys or JVs with BOIL.

If you don't mind alleged mm shenanigans I'd recommend EUA for a further along PGM,battery metal and hydrogen play that has the scope for a solid special divi above current SP range or UFO for a more high risk high reward commodity focused play. DSO iron ore, the 21000g/ton silver Elizabeth Mines (mine shuttered during 2004 silver price collapse, company who owned happily swapped water filled mine for money and shares in UFO) and now PGMS via Munni Munni complex that had a 2004 jorc standard (so needs updating to 2012 standard) 78k oz Rhodium.

Still liking what I am seeing,reading hearing. So bought the dip today and doubled my holding. I've seen single asset speculative explorers with higher MCAPs than GCAT so combined with a high inflation environment I am comfortable here. Oh and given someone made a point of EUA only moved because of RNS. That's not what happened though. Market reaction to RNS, 2% blue, company tweets for the first time in 6 months and SP intraday went as high as 18% blue. Self refuting post right there.

Anyway. GCAT feels like a solid hedge against inflation to this burger flipper. GLA.

Well Mr Wolfe as much as think sometimes people are shooting from the hip with accusations of bottery at times I have to say as the ships burger flipper, it's a bit of a lameduck question that anyone with any experiance of investing in commodity focused companies should be able to answer themselves beforehand. Price of commodity was not economical so it was passed on.

Forgive the subtle cross ramp but it's like when some question how UFO got Elizabeth Hills, a silver miner with historic grades of over 21000g/t silver. Well that would be because the price of silver collapsed in 2004 so the mine was shuttered and UFO got it on the cheap years after the fact and the company in question had not the funds to dewater the mine etc but were happy for some money and shares in UFO.
Now forgive the strong Xramp XD. Which enabled UFO to undermine EEE (that I nearly invested in quite some time ago when EUA had me looking for other micro cap PGM plays) by grabbing 100% of the PGM bearing Munni Munni complex. Mini EUA potential right there, 78koz 2004 JORC standard rhodium. IMO of course.

Anyway point is JackoDlad and the wider board. It's just a bit sus that someone will ask the question how an asset once held by a major can end up held by a much smaller company without first checking some historial graphs and RNSs and going. Oh. I don't need to ask that question.

That would be nice given I have my weekly 10-11 hour split shift tomorrow. Only one a week despite being teamleader cos my back is knackered way before my time lol. And my gaffer is hoping I'll take on the Head Chef 48 hour salaried role in 2 years when the current Head Chef emigrates to Oz. I'd have all but had too given choices thus far in life but one of those choices was I invested in EUA so doubt I'll have too :)
I must confess to having lost that EUA excitement through the latter part of last year, losing someone dear to me sure didn't help, but it is certainly back now.

Mark as alluded to by Gman some of us have been here long enough that certain themes by low post count posters stand out and of course being human camps,personalities and digital rivalries have developed over time.
I personally have always taken the ACF valuations as a rough conservative guide as to set my expectations by. I initially expected a circa £1 sale of MT+flanks with retention of West Kytlim but that was when I invested over 2 years ago and many things have changed since then meaning I personally am of the opinion that a £2 special dividend is entirely plausbile now. Best case I dare not even dream of as it would mean a good few years wages for this burger flipper.

Just did a dummy sell, only 4000 shares as I may have to sell that amount to appease my parents to gain a 3 month reprive from moving out as still got a bit of debt to clear on my now teamleader wages. Was quoted 27.15p for those interested. Did not hit sell.
Just good to know the 4100 I bought in my ISA with the past 2 paycheques have given me this flexibility without losing any shares but gaining tax protection. Hoping if push comes to shove I will be selling in Febuary with a 30s trading range so I can even say I'll have gained some shares.
