Why thank you Ouzo, I do indeed prefer making pizza in my own time. Sweetcorn, cubed chorizo (not slices as they slide around and off into your face,seen people get mild lip burns like that), mushrooms and red chilli all pre pan fried before tossed on top with a swirl of BBQ sauce as well as lashed with Worchestershire sauce is my go to. Chicken as well if you can fit it on top lol, thigh meat preferably because the extra fat means it survives the cooking process unlike the thin breast cak most places use.
But as you say, I am somewhat hopeful a year or 2 of teamleader in a Greene King pub kitchen combined with a number of investment decisions, first and foremost amongst them EUA, will see me reet (ie no tax for the past 6 years due to sub 12.5 k earnings to having more than enough for a deposit on house after tax, My Face When...) despite the madness of the world that surrounds us. Although you never know, it could be a lot shorter than a year or 2 of graft for many of us here given what we are looking out for from the crows nest.
