Sweetcorn, cubed chorizo (not slices as they slide around and off into your face,seen people get mild lip burns like that), mushrooms and red chilli all pre pan fried before tossed on top with a swirl of BBQ sauce as well as lashed with Worchestershire sauce is my go to. Chicken as well if you can fit it on top lol, thigh meat preferably because the extra fat means it survives the cooking process unlike the thin breast cak most places use.
