Very true ChessMaster, I recall a FT article from a few years ago, that 70% of longer term holders in AIM/penny shares lose on average 90% of their investment, and it was all about timing, if you get the timing right 3 months max and take your profit.

Mr Bundle, please point me to anything that says China is in the race? As I recall the only locations mentioned were a company based in Hong Kong, which doesn’t have to be Chinese and a company based in Russia. As of 2021 there were 3940 companies with no connection to China! Increasing by an average 400 per year. Clearly not all of those will be mining companies.

Bought here in Jan at 15.8 , been trading on and off since 2015, been a very good share for me. This time I can see it climbing into the 40’s so hanging on rather than take the profit.

Savage it’s not mudslinging read your own posts I stand by my observations….. but for the record I semi retired 5 years ago at 50, we partly live off our investments. My investments fall into three categories, passive income, longer term investments and trading opportunities. With the last I’m happy to take a profit anywhere regardless of amount. I consider that Capita fits very nicely into my overall investment strategy.
