Mr Bundle my apologies I was looking at RNS releases and missed that from the AGM transcript.

Mr Bundle , there is no reference to an original party still being there in any RNS last year (2023) there are references to various interested parties at various stages of due diligence, and two references to interested parties in Hong Kong and Russia.

Very interesting that at the start of 2023 the concentrate was valued at £5.9 mil but by the end of 2023 with no mention of any of it being sold (it’s still described as being stored) its value by the end of 2023 is £3 mil. As the estimated value of the concentrate has almost halved in a year that might be the problem with the sale.

If you can point me to something that says an original party is still involved I will start on the 100 lines immediately.

Mr Bundle show and tell anything that suggests a potential bidder has been at the table for two years, there is nothing other than interested parties. Much reduced from the multiple inbound enquiries of 4 years ago. They could have registered their interest the day before the RNS. No prizes for fitting your narrative into the RNS history.

Is your comment factual, we don’t know that the potential buyers have been at the table for some considerable time.

We do know that we entered the formal sale process 1st July 2020/with “numerous inbound enquiries”. We know that by the end of last year we had an interested party based in Hong Kong and same in Russia. They aren’t necessarily the same interested parties.

So what is the reason it has taken four years and a clear numerical reduction in interested parties. Clearly world events, but could it be that they have yet to agree to a potential buyers valuation.

I have to disagree with your reasoning those arguing over ownership of the shares are unlikely to have any more knowledge of how potential buyers value the assets than we do. The only valuation with any relevance is the potential buyers valuation. The company can say the valuation is X but if a potential buyer doesn’t agree they are not going to,pay X.

Stretch says the same thing every post, “coming soon, about to be announced, imminent, negheads proven wrong, egg on faces etc” the only reason to keep setting up new Stretch identities is in the vain hope that we don’t realise just how long he has been getting it wrong.

We have assets for sale, we are not looking for investment, trade maybe the concentrate? Maybe new owners if/when the 4 year old sale process gets over the line.
